If you’ve been telling yourself you just need a little more clarity before you start, this will hit like a mirror. We’re unpacking the real difference between women who build a million-dollar business and women who stay in “someday” mode, and it has nothing to do with talent, timing, or the algorithm. It comes down to micro habits you practice daily, especially when you don’t feel ready.

We walk through four principles that drive momentum in online business, content creation, and personal brand growth: discipline of clarity (clarity is chosen), speed to decision (progress is unpredictable but decisions are not), daily learning that actually changes behavior (less scrolling, more building), and audacity (the missing prerequisite to confidence). You’ll hear practical frameworks like “action creates clarity,” the five-second rule to stop overthinking, and a simple input-to-output ratio that turns podcasts, YouTube, and courses into results.

We also talk about real bottlenecks modern creators face such as starting an Instagram account, writing hooks, using SEO in captions, navigating AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, and pricing offers at the level you’re stepping into. If you’ve been stuck in analysis paralysis or hiding behind perfect plans, this is your push to make one bold move today.

What’s the decision you’re making in the next five seconds?

Why Micro Habits Beat Talent

SPEAKER_00

I don't ever want you to believe that the difference between the woman who builds a million-dollar business and the woman who is always just getting ready for someday is because of talent, because of timing, because of the algorithm. It is not. It is because of the micro habits that she does every single day without no without negotiation and a lot of times without even realizing it. And so that is why I feel super called to share with you the reasons, the real reasons why I've been able to build this business. There are four key principles that I've lived by ever since I went from like failing in every business to actually succeeding and getting hundreds of millions of views, helping thousands of women, all of these things that I've accomplished, it came down to these four things. The first one is discipline of clarity. Discipline of clarity is number one of four because it's the most common reason why I see people waiting around in the one day I'm planning, I'm gonna be successful, I want to have a business, I can do better in my business. It's always gonna get better, and it's always this future thing, but your real life isn't actually changing at the speed and at the level that you want it to be. And maybe it's because you're not clear on what your needs should be, maybe it's because you're not clear on how to start content, maybe it's because you're not clear on which path to go, maybe it's because you're not clear on why your offer is not selling. You're just there's some sort of clarity that feels like it's having a hold over you, but you don't realize that it is a decision that you are refusing to make. Millionaire women know that an imperfect decision made fast beats a perfect decision every single time because that perfect decision never comes around, you know? It always seems like it just makes so much sense. Just wait until you have clarity, wait until you know, wait until it's certain, until you realize that the only thing certain in life are taxes and death. And so that perfect decision never comes around. Clarity isn't something that you find, it's something that you choose. And the most dangerous thing that you can do if you actually want to fulfill your potential in this lifetime, is to stay in the in the lobby, stay in the waiting room, because nothing happens there, nothing happens there, and it's not gonna be different tomorrow, it's not gonna be the different the day after. Every single day that you wake up and you are not choosing imperfect decisions, you're choosing to be unclear, you're choosing to wait for a fantasy that's never going to arrive, and what this cuts you off from is the potential to actually get clarity, the potential to actually make decisions based off of data and not from just your feelings. Because right now in the waiting room, you're not getting any data, we don't know what you need to change, we don't know what your niche is, we don't know what content people want to see from you because you're not doing it, you're not doing it consistently, because you're waiting for the clarity that's never gonna come. And so when I was starting off my business, I had um action creates clarity, like plastered on my wall. I had several things plastered on my wall, and you're gonna see them probably coming up in these four uh micro mindset habits that I'm gonna share with you, and this was a crucial one. Action creates clarity. If you're not sure on where to start, it's like you have a giant house that needs to be cleaned out, right? If you are wanting to go to build a global brand, that's gonna be a lot of different steps. That's gonna be a lot of different decisions. We can imagine that as a house that is just full of dirt and clutter. How are you gonna get started on that? You don't know where to start, you don't know which is gonna be the hardest part, you don't know what is the right way to tackle it. But what you have to do is just break it down into micro steps that is manageable, and again, when it comes to micro steps, people are looking for okay, what is step number 10 gonna be? But you haven't even executed on step number one, two, and three. You are not granted the divine intuition to understand what step 10 is when you haven't proven that you're capable of executing step one, two, and three, and so that clarity will come, but it will only come through execution. Number two, speed to decision. Speed to decision is the thing that is going to believe it or not, help you to stop feeling behind. Because I see so many incredible women who've done so much. I was just speaking to someone in my DMs the other day, and I was like, okay, you've got a healthy marriage, you've got like healthy kids, you've got a high-paying job, you've built a house, like you've got loads of things that you've done, right? And you're creating content as well, you've signed brand deals, and now you're at this point where you know that you need to create your own offer. Um, like this is amazing, you've got like loads of things you could teach on, and she was like, Really? Like, I always feel so behind, and that's because it's very possible to end up measuring yourself against an imaginary timeline that's basically set by other people's highlight reels, rather than thinking like the millionaire woman who doesn't judge her speed of progress, she judges her speed of decisions because the progress is out of your control. The more that you spend your time and energy, your precious, precious time and energy focusing on things that are out of your control, like how much money have I made so far? How many clients are wanting to sign up with me? How does this compare to Sally on Instagram who's already made six figures in her first six days of business? Well, you're always going to feel behind like that, right? The millionaire woman instead is asking herself, what can I do today that my future self will thank me for? She's not asking herself, am I on track for this imaginary timeline or this timeline that I've decided to set for myself that is completely out of my control? What can I do today that is within my control that my future self will thank me for? What would move me one step closer to being that millionaire woman today, in the next hour, in the next 30 minutes? One bold move today is going to be worth more than six months of careful planning. If you post a content piece today, that is worth more than six months of content planning. This doesn't mean that you're reckless, especially like if you're the type of woman listening to this podcast, you're probably an expert at thinking, right? At conceptualizing, at visualizing, at you know, you're a visionary, you're able to see all the potential of what could be there. So you don't need to hone in on that skill anymore. The beauty of growing into success is that it forces you to go against your natural instincts, right? If your natural instincts is to just like frantically run on everything, you have to slow down and you have to um look at okay, how can I be more intentional about this? How can I put a plan in place? How can I do more pre-work? For you, the the woman that I'm speaking to, you're amazing at those sorts of things. You love, if you're like me, you love a bit of organization. I love to like color code things, I love to write to endless to-do lists, I love to do all of those things that makes me feel very productive, but at the end of the day, it is not actually moving the needle forward. And so for me, and probably for you, it is gonna be speed to decision that is gonna be able to do that, is gonna be able to make that shift for you. Think again about the mini micro rules that you can implement in order to improve your speed to decision. One five-second rule. I have an idea, I have to make something concrete of it within the next five seconds. Is that like okay? I'm just gonna like go and uh what's the word? Start up the Instagram account. Okay, I just have like this idea of like, oh, I could have like a brand that is called Manifesto with Mini. Bam! Five seconds, I've got my phone in my hand because when do you not have your phone in your hand, right? Unless you're in the shower. So go and open that Instagram account. What is it gonna cost you? What is it going, what effort is it gonna take to open that Instagram account? Make it real. You're thinking, like, oh, I would love to like collaborate with this person. Five second rule, send them that message now. If you it's now or never, it's always now or never, and the most dangerous lie that you can tell yourself is that you're prep preparing yourself, is that you're gonna do it, is that there's always tomorrow. There is not, there is not always tomorrow. And girl, you need to be getting that money into the stock market so that you can be compounding interest, so that you can be compounding your money, so that you can be building for your legacy for your future. That is now, your future is now. Number three, daily learning based on where the opportunity is. Now, this is something that you need to listen really, very, very carefully when I tell you that consuming content, saving content to come back to, feeling inspired, watching podcasts like this one, listening, listen to this podcast, but don't just listen to this podcast, watching YouTube videos and then doing nothing is not learning, right? Alex Ramosy says that learning happens when behavior or outcome is actually changed. So if you have spent the past year learning all of these cool things that you're seeing about like how to start a brand, how to make content, this is what successful people do, this is how to improve your life, but your actual behavior hasn't changed. You actually haven't started a business, you actually aren't at the level in your business that you want to be at. You're not consistently making a minimum of like 5 to 10k months, then you're not learning, you're just, you know, I don't like this phrase, but you're just mental mentally masturbating, basically, you know, you're just finding another way to productively procrastinate, and you're probably actually more so than moving forward, stuck in analysis-paralysis. Because the more information that you take in without having it be manifested into reality, it's basically like you're just now taking and taking and taking and taking, and you're not giving anything out. The universe hates a taker, right? The universe loves a giver. The way that you give back for the divine knowledge that you receive is by turning it into reality. For every one hour of input that you have, you need two hours of output. That being said, if there is something that you don't understand, if that is holding you back, of like, oh, I'm not a social media person, I don't know about all this new AI stuff, I don't know how to use chord, I don't know how to use ChatGPT, then it is your responsibility as a future millionaire to hunt down that information. Where can you find that information? What can you find on YouTube today? What person has a course that is solving this exact problem of like this is how you make your first post, this is what you need to know about Chat GBT. If you have a question, there's a YouTube video on it, there's an Instagram post on it, there's a carousel about it, there's a podcast about it, there's a course about it, there's a coaching program about it, there's a group coaching program about it. The things that you need are out there, and it's your responsibility to hunt that down intentionally. It's not about scrolling more, you probably maybe already do that. It's not about studying more, you probably maybe already like to learn, you know, if you're like me. It's about looking at what is working today in this day and age. What is the bottleneck that because there's a lot of things that you don't know, right? Like, oh my god, there's a million things that I don't know. Yet I still have a super successful, boom, booming personal brand and business, and that's because I look at what is the next bottleneck that I would need to get knowledge on to move forward, and then dedicate a limited amount of time to do that. Let's say you're doing 30 minutes a day, that means you're also doing one hour, 30 minutes a day of learning, that means you're doing one hour a day of action, and that is your that is your daily learning time. 30 minutes learning, one hour action. 30 minutes watching videos about how to use Claude, one hour getting in there and actually building something for yourself. 30 minutes learning about what are content formats, what are hooks, what captions do you use? Do you use hashtags now or not? How do you you use SEO in your captions? And then one hour of actually creating and posting the content. This is the difference between someone who stays a student and someone who actually steps up and becomes a CEO that other people want to follow. Number four. This one I saved it to the end for you guys because it is kind of the least micro of all of these, and it is the habit that it doesn't really get taught because it can't be systematized, it can only be chosen, and that is audacity. Audacity is going to be your number one defense line against I'm not qualified enough to do this, but this industry is already satisfied saturated. Who's gonna want to listen to me? Am I old enough to do this? Am I too old to do this? Am I pretty enough to do this? Am I too pretty to do this? And no one's gonna take me serious. Those thoughts are always gonna be coming up to protect yourself. That's okay, that's normal. Audacity is gonna be your protection against that. Audacity is waking up every morning and deciding that your voice matters before you have any sort of proof about that. It's posting before you feel ready, it's posting when you're not sure if this is the best way to post yet, because that's okay. It's pricing at the level that you're going into, not at the level that you currently feel that you're at, right? The market will tell you what your pricing needs to be. If other people are charging$5,000 for this offer and you're charging$500, why is that? If everyone is saying, like, oh yeah, okay, that sounds like a great offer, and you're just closing every offer that you make, why is that, right? You're probably priced way too low. Audacity is introducing yourself as the expert before the world is calling you an expert. Audacity is sharing your story from a healed and regulated place without being controlled by what other people's reaction is going to be to that. Audacity is the reason why everyone who is successful is successful, even though a large percentage of those people are probably whether it's less qualified than you, less educated than you, less healed than you, less spiritually aware than you, less emotional emotionally regulated than you. Why do you think that these people are running the world? It's because they are audacious. And my number one favorite quote, I'm gonna whip it out again: people who love peace need to learn to organize themselves as well as those who love war. You being humble and peaceful and non-money-grabbing and non-salesy and safe and people-pleasing, and managing other people's reactions that is not going to move the world. That is not going to make people understand that you have the ability to help them and you have knowledge that can help them. That box is a privilege that you get to hold on to only if you're willing to sacrifice actually being a successful business owner, a thought leader, and taking your soul's purpose into the world and being able to help people with it. Because you don't get to have both, you don't have to have both. But what you do get to have is something even better. You get to have the self-trust and the certainty that audacity builds. Because right now, you can't have confidence if you haven't got a track record of proving yourself that you can do this thing, right? If you haven't got a whole load of use, a whole load of money generated, you're not gonna have confidence as a business owner. That is normal. You don't need confidence. What you need is audacity because when you do it audaciously, and you do it when you feel not ready, and you do it before you have everything perfected, you see, like, oh damn. Two of those things flopped completely, but two of those things were a huge success. Now I can do more of those things that were successful, and now, oh, okay, I've been doing this for a month, and I can literally look at my numbers, I can look at my views, I can look at my sales, I can look at all of these things, and I can see that like I am actually progressing. That is what builds confidence. But what you're probably just missing out on your confidence building right now is the prerequisite to confidence, which is audacity. And so, as I said, this isn't something that can't be systematized, this is something that has to be just run through. Like, you have to just run with it, you have to just decide to be it, and that doesn't mean that your voice isn't gonna shake, that doesn't mean that it's always gonna feel okay and it's gonna feel fun, but it means that you're gonna keep running anyway, right? I see audacity as like we're programmed to run away from the lion that wants to eat us, right? And that's why we stay in a life that doesn't serve us and a life that is far beneath our potential, because we're constantly thinking of what if it doesn't work? What if I don't have money? What if I leave my safe job and it doesn't work out? And we're constantly protecting ourselves from the lion that is always inevitably waiting to feast on us. Audacity is doing the opposite of that, and it's not running away from the lion, but it's running towards the beautiful forest filled with juicy fruits, right? And it means okay, I'm leaving my safe little hut, but look at everything that I have to gain. Look at those juicy, juicy berries. Look at the life that I could be living on the other side of this sphere. Audacity is running towards what you want instead of running away from what you don't want. These habits are not things that you are gonna build once you have results, these habits are the things that are going to create results for you. These are the habits that are gonna build the confidence for you, that are gonna build the business for you, that are going to convert you into the millionaire woman that you are within, and the leader that people want to listen to. The woman that you are waiting to become is waiting for you to start doing what she does today. She is waiting for you to just embody her. I hope that you don't just take one of these, but like I literally want you to just like attack this. I want you to go at this, and I want you to live the rest of your day with these microhabits, and I want you to set a check in date for yourself at the end of this week to check in with this because what you measure improves, right? So if you just go away from this, you're gonna be hyped for the rest of the day, and then things are gonna slowly creep back. Into comfort. Comfort creep is real. Set a reminder right now for the end of the week to come back and check in on which of these you need to hone back into, which of these you're doing amazing at. And my hope for you is that you stop waiting to become a millionaire in your bank account before you start walking as the millionaire woman that you are. Sending you lots of love. Have a blessed day.
