What does it cost to stay inside a story you've outgrown? And what becomes available when you finally don't?
This is the question nobody says out loud, because the cost of not moving through this threshold doesn't look like collapse. It looks like stability. It looks like a leader who made peace with the gap and got back to building. And the system rewards them for it.
In Part 2 of Your Cage & Your Calling, Makhosi names what actually happens when suppressed evolution goes underground. The vision that shrinks not in scale but in aliveness. The competence that becomes its own kind of loneliness. And the generational cost of passing the cage down alongside the wealth.
She then goes somewhere that might feel like a departure from the personal, but isn't.
