Professor Martin Green OBE has had an extensive career in NGO development, both in the UK and internationally, and is Chief Executive of Care England, the largest representative body for independent social care services in the UK. He is also Chair of the International Longevity Centre, a Trustee of the National Centre for Creative Health (NCCH), Vice President of The Care Workers Charity, Champion of The National Aids Trust and Commissioner of the Royal Hospital Chelsea.In 2013 he was appointed Visiting Professor of Social Care to Buckinghamshire New University. In 2012, in his role as Department of Health and Social Care Independent Sector Dementia Champion, he led the development of the Dementia Care and Support Compact for The Prime Minister’s Challenge on Dementia.
Martin Vanhinsbergh is the Operations Director in the South and East Midlands for Shaw Healthcare, the largest employee-owned trust in the healthcare sector and is a member of the Shaw Healthcare Executive Board. Martin Joined the Healthcare sector in 2011 as a Regional Director for Maria Mallaband Care Group, working predominantly in the private healthcare sector having spent many years in the Manufacturing sector.
Sophie Coulthard originally trained in the Judgement Index material in 2010 and decided to pursue experience in leadership, management and marketing before returning to the company in 2016, now able to use that experience to help the Judgement Index provide great support material to clients. Sophie primarily looks after the care company clients and also hosts a care focused podcast called The Road To Outstanding which is available on iTunes or PodBean. She was inspired to start the podcast in order to share experiences, stories and strategies from great care managers and industry experts and wanted to do so in a modern format.
