What if there was a way to transform your business and life by simply listening to your intuition? In this episode of the Confident Coach Academy podcast, we uncover the profound difference between inspired and regular action, and how tapping into your intuitive thoughts can lead to extraordinary outcomes. Drawing from my personal experiences and spiritual background, I share the remarkable success stories that emerged from trusting spontaneous decisions and divine guidance. We'll explore the essential practice of embracing inspiration to successfully manifest your goals and dreams.

Navigating fear and uncertainty is often challenging, but it’s crucial for recognizing and acting on inspiration. Through the journey of one of my clients, we discuss the intricate balance between strategic planning and openness to inspiration. This episode highlights the importance of combining robust business strategies for visibility, lead generation, and client conversion with a willingness to seize unforeseen opportunities. By integrating strategic and inspired actions, we can achieve growth beyond our wildest expectations.

Feeling grateful even when things don’t go as planned can be transformative. We delve into practical tips for cultivating gratitude in everyday moments and introduce the "evening rant" practice—a method involving tapping or EFT to release daily frustrations and uncover deeper issues, promoting overall well-being and resilience. Whether you’re praying, fasting, or simply appreciating the small joys, these practices can enhance your journey. Hey, my friends, this is the third part of our Manifesting series on manifesting anything that you want. In this episode, I'm going to go over some of the practices that I use to help me get more inspiration and get opportunities that I just wouldn't get otherwise if it were up to me, because you know, there's only so much that you and I can do, so let's dive in. Hey, welcome to the Confident Coach Academy podcast. I'm your host, Kushla Chadwick, and if you have an audacious dream to really be of service in the world, build a profitable coaching business online and have an awesome life offline, then, my love, you are in the right place. Together we're going to talk strategy, mindset, manifestation, thought work, energy work, all the things. So let's dive in.

Hey, my friend, how are you? I hope you're doing amazing. I'm doing really well. It's actually nearly spring here. It will be spring probably by the time you listen to this, and I'm so psyched for it. I can't wait to get more beach time. I can't wait to get more time on my paddleboard, which means more time falling off my paddleboard and looking like a goose on my paddleboard, but that's okay. That's okay anyway. I've also got another trip coming up and I'm going back to South Korea with some friends this time. So every time I've gone, this will be my fourth trip there and you know it's been with different people, so fun. Anyway, let's dive in, because today I want to talk about the third part of manifesting. If you haven't got the checklist yet, make sure you go grab it. Just go to confidentcoachacademycom, forward slash, manifest and get the checklist. That makes it easier for you to remember. All right, my friends. So this part of manifesting, the third part, I call taking inspired action.

Now, before I talk about kind of the things that I personally do to get myself into a state where I can take inspired action, I want to talk about the differences between inspired action and normal action and I also want to highlight, like, why it's important to take inspired action. I know for me I can look at, like any number of the things that I do, like I remember one important to take inspired action. I know for me I can look at, like any number of the things that I do, like I remember one time I was inspired to reach out to one person and that person has equaled probably over $200,000 in additional revenue into my business since reaching out to that person. It was like a five minute or less than that activity, right, and that was an inspired thought. It wasn't me like kind of thinking who should I reach out to, looking at my list of leads and all of that kind of stuff. It was a thought literally dropped into my mind and I took action on it. So taking inspired action can literally be life and business changing for you. I know it has been for me time and time and time again and I know it will be for you as well if you not just take action and work your strategies and implement that's great and obviously you should be doing that but also take inspired action.

So firstly, anyway, let me talk about what is the difference between nor action and implementation and inspired action. You know, for me I am a member of the church of Jesus Christ, of Latter-day Saints, or a Latter-day Saint is what we're referred to and sometimes, back in the day, called Mormons, right, because one of our books of scripture, in addition to the bible, is the book of Mormon. But anyway, I don't want to digress on that. As someone who grew up very spiritual and religious, you know receiving inspiration and revelation is just like a normal thing. It's just a normal part of how I live my life, normal part of how I live my life and you know, apart from my wild teenage years, I would say I have, like, strongly received an inspiration that has helped me to take inspired action through my whole life. And I think a lot of people do get inspiration, but a lot of people also numb out to it and they don't hear it and sometimes we can get confused with our own voice. I think that's normal.

Until you recognize what inspiration looks and feels like for you in your body and in your mind, then it can feel difficult sometimes to discern, especially when the inspiration that you feel you're getting is quite a big change and it feels like it's going to rock you at a foundational level, at your, at your identity level, especially, right. Or if it feels like it's going to be a lot of change and it brings up fear. And you probably know I've spoken about this before we primarily have fear about two things fear of either hardship or fear of loss, right, and so you know, for instance, one of my clients she just changed her business in terms of who she was focusing on coaching, so the niche that she was coaching in she's transitioned out of one and she gave up her Facebook group to someone else, you know, with lots of people in it and a whole different niche for her. But she's been feeling that nudge for quite a while and we've spoken about it off and on, but we've continued to implement the strategies that we had for her existing business, knowing that this was a possibility that was going to come up in the future. Right, and we were in in a coaching session just the other week and she mentioned having these, these thoughts of fear and these feelings of fear like, oh my goodness, did I make the wrong decision? Like what if this happens? You know what if this doesn't work out? And I gave up my Facebook group and now I don't have that and I've got to read and I've got to do all this work, like this hardship, you know, I've got to do all this work now.

And so sometimes when we make a change or we get inspiration, it can still feel hard. Sometimes people think inspiration makes things easy and, honestly, sometimes it does, but often it makes things really really hard first before it makes things easy. I'm just going to tell the truth there again. Sometimes it just really does and sometimes it's just really delightful and it feels like things just drop in your lap right. So you've got to be there for all of it, though you've got to be there for whatever that inspiration is bringing you, because real inspiration is going to be for your highest good and for the highest good of other people. That doesn't mean that it's going to be void of struggle or challenges or needing to upskill or whatever it is that you need. You might need to let go of things. You might even need to let go of relationships, you know, when you receive inspiration. So all of that, just to say where was I going. So inspiration can get you to do some gnarly things right, and it can be challenging and scary. So how, like why would you want to do it? Like? Why would you want to take inspired action? Because it's life-changing in the best ways possible.

You know, like I've said before, I've had clients, I've had inspiration actually to reach out to one person, and that one person's led to over I'd say at this stage about $200,000 in additional income Just from that one little activity. Of course, there have been other things that I've done along the pathway to keep generating that revenue, but if I did not do that reach out at that time, I can promise you the continuing $200,000 of revenue through that reach out would not have happened, okay, and I've got multiple stories like that for both myself and my clients. So, for you, I want you to know that you want to have rock solid plans. You want to have strategies for getting leads, for converting those leads to paying clients or even before leads. You want to have strategies for getting leads, for converting those leads to paying clients or even before leads. You want to have strategies for visibility, right.

So, for instance, I'm on Instagram at the moment, started doing reels and you know it's been me upskilling, even though I'm a marketing coach. You know platforms change all the time and you know you just choose your one or two platforms to begin with and, of course, you can grow out to different platforms fast. I've primarily stayed on Facebook and have really just used Instagram more for, like, looking for travel plans or food plans and things like that, like most of us, right, occasionally putting the odd thing up there, and I've had clients come from there, but really I haven't done like quote-unquote work on there, right. So I'm just getting to, I'm just starting to work the platform of Instagram now. So you know I'm learning, I'm upskilling in that particular area and I have a strategy for what I'm doing to get visibility on there and I am being patient because I know like what it should, how long it should take to get the results that I want with that strategy for visibility. So you know you want to have strategies for visibility and then taking those followers because you don't just want followers right to actually converting them to leads, converting them to paying clients. And then you know strategies to look after my clients and give them a great experience, help them to get the results that they want. So we all need that. We all need to be taking action.

So in my experience, you make a plan in those different areas I just spoke about right visibility, lead attraction, lead conversion to sales, sales to like a great client experience. You have conversions sorry, not conversions. You have strategies in all those areas, which means you're going to be making strategic plans and you'll have to-do lists and there are things you're going to do. Now you also want to receive inspiration because the truth is there are opportunities that are waiting for you that you just can't see, no matter how smart you are, how brilliant you are, no matter how great your connections are and how smart you are, how brilliant you are, no matter how great your connections are and how great you are at networking with people, how great you are at building relationships with people all of that stuff there are opportunities that you just literally cannot see.

It's not within your realm of you know perception to be able to see and to map out. You know connections with people who you don't know are connected to people who you don't know, and on and on right, and you don't know who's watching you and who's not watching you. You know, for example, most coaches who are business coaches will tell you that a lot of clients that come into your high-ticket programs actually don't even engage with you online. They'll stalk your stuff, they'll watch your stuff, but they don't even engage with you online. They'll stalk your stuff, they'll watch your stuff, but they won't like your stuff, they won't comment on your stuff, and so sometimes it can feel like, whoa, yeah, I'm, I'm getting out there, I'm getting visibility and I'm getting followers, but you know, your high ticket clients might not actually be a follower even though they're watching your content right.

So we want to be aware of different things and you've got to be clear on your strategies and know what metrics you're looking out for. You've got to have plans, but then juxtaposition to that, there's going to be opportunities you don't know about, and so you want to get yourself in a position to take inspired action. And my inspired action has led me to creating webinars, which has created more income, to like live events and retreats on that side of the world, which obviously leads to more income. And at the moment, actually, I just had a meeting with someone who we're looking at doing a live event, who I haven't collaborated with before on this kind of thing, uh, on speaking from the front of the room or from the stage, and you know so there's some exciting things that are happening because I'm following my inspiration.

So here is what I recommend you do if you want to take more inspired action in your business and in your life. And this is regardless of like you know, what your tenant faith is like, what you believe, what your vocabulary is that you use. It all doesn't matter. You know, insert your, your language, whatever language you want to use. But I will say, to get more inspiration, we need to pull down the fear that we feel or experience in our thoughts and in our feelings and fear primarily comes from, you know, two places fear of hardship you know things are going to go wrong, things are going to be really hard, it's going to be painful in some way. Or fear of loss. Like you know, I'm so comfortable with having this routine in my life, I'm so comfortable with doing things this way, I'm so comfortable with this relationship, I'm so comfortable, like, not standing out, you know, and just you know, getting leads from referrals or whatever it is right. So fear of loss or fear of hardship, in some ways, you know. Fear of hardship in some ways, you know. Fear of hardship, like what if I do all this work and I don't get the clients? What if I invest to work with this coach and all this money and it doesn't work? Right, I've had that before.

I remember one of my clients, bronte. I've spoken about her a number of times because it's I love, I loved her experience, you know. Know, when she signed up to work with me, she was really honest. Down the road conversation she was like, of course, to be honest, you know, I've got enough money for the first two payments. Then after that I I don't know, um, what I'm going to do, like, if the money doesn't come in, do you think I should enroll? And I was like that's totally up to you. I can't, you know, I can't say whether or not it would be. It should be a yes for you. But what I do know is you know that I'll show you what's worked for me, I'll show you what's worked for our clients and you know, if you get in and do the action, you know I believe it will work for you. But it's up to you, you know it's up to you entirely. It's up.

And she was like well, I feel so inspired to take action. I just like I feel so light. She felt so much light in her body when we're talking. She's like I know that this feels right, like I feel inspired that I should say yes, right, and she said yes to herself. And then I remember checking in with her towards the end of our program, the program that she was in and she had made. She messaged me. I think she messaged me privately. She was like Kushla, I've made more money than what I know what to do with. Like I've got an entirely new problem, right, and so that was so exciting to hear that right, and that was her taking inspired action and I see and hear those kinds of things all of the time and so so.

But she was afraid it was. She was going to invest money and then it wouldn't work. Or start to invest and then be like, you know, have this bet. You know, we, we can all be afraid of loss of some kind, loss of it's, a fear of loss or a fear of hardship. So, super, super common. But here's what I know about inspiration inspiration gets to ignore fear and it doesn't more. I say ignore, that's probably the wrong word. Um, you get to lean in and see like is this, where's this fear coming from? Because I think that inspiration truly has light in it. When we look at, you know, the field of science quantum, quantum mechanics or quantum physics, right, we get to see that energy, which is, you know, in and throughout everything in the world, is constructed of light. Now, what's light constructed of? Light is constructed of love. When you have a look at, like what is in light and it sounds so woo-woo for some of you, if you've not even heard of this before, you're like what the heck is Kushla on? Like what is she saying? I'm not going to explain it right now. You have to go do some research yourself and look up about quantum physics and light and all the things and go down that rabbit hole yourself. It's so much fun, it's so much fun. But, you know, for me it's really cool because I can draw all of this into my language.

As a Christian and specifically as a Latter-day Saint and someone who's, you know, does different types of energy therapies, like I use tapping or emotional freedom technique, or it's commonly yeah, it's commonly called tapping to all sorts of different things like thought, work and stuff, and they all have this commonality, this correlation, and that's like the more we can get ourselves to a state of love, or our thoughts or our feelings to a state of love or above, like the better off things are going to work for us, and that includes our ability to receive inspiration. Now, that does not mean, dare I say, that you have to always be in this kind of lovey you know, rose-colored glasses kind of state to receive inspiration. You can be in like a really angry, fearful state and still receive inspiration. It could be a warning, it could be like a hey, do this, this will get you out of this dangerous situation or this will help you to, you know, avoid this problem.

I remember one day driving down the road coming home from work this is nothing to do with my business, like I had an office job then, actually and I was coming home from work and I heard a voice say I think was in my right. Here is where I remember feeling that say, um, what did it say? It said pray, that's right. I said pray and I was like, and didn't tell me what to pray about, and so instantly I acted on that inspiration and I started to pray for my safety because I was driving a car. So I was like that was the first thing that come to mind. So I followed on inspiration and literally the moment I stopped praying, a car accident happened in front of me. And I know because that particular spot is notorious for, or it used to be notorious for people, like for car accidents actually, and I had previously had a car accident in that spot. And now the time thankfully it wasn't too bad had previously had a car accident in that spot another time, thankfully it wasn't too bad. But I just I know that I was able to avoid that car accident because I followed that inspiration and I made that decision immediately.

So one of the things that I feel is like inspiration usually gives you something to do or to not do which is an action in itself. It can be an action in itself right, very, very clearly, and so normally the way it happens for me this has been my experience. If we bring it back to business, I will have a strategy that I'm implementing, like it could be. At the moment, I'm creating a webinar funnel, and it's been a while since I've had a live webinar. Oh yeah, it's been a while since I've had live webinar. So I'm creating a webinar funnel and like that's the strategy. That's one of the strategies that I'm going to be using to attract leads. It's not a visibility strategy, it's a lead strategy and it's a sales strategy okay, for one of my programs, and so I've been working this strategy.

But I also had inspiration to reach out to someone and invite them and someone who they're in partnership in one of their businesses, because this particular person runs multiple businesses as well, like me, and I haven't like I don't have like a close relationship with the other person, but I know of the other person, and so I invited them to collaborate in a speaking event. Now, I could have done the speaking event by myself, but I felt inspired to specifically reach out to this person and so I'm just going to follow the breadcrumbs of that inspiration and so I feel that you receive real inspiration. It's not necessarily going to make you not follow through on the strategies you already have. So you know, I think most profitable businesses if you're talking about a six and seven figure business they usually have some kind of strategy, particularly if you're speaking multi-six right some kind of strategy where they're running like on a 90-day or a 10-week kind of thing cycle and they'll obviously look at their metrics and stats, at least weekly and then monthly, and then at the end of whatever their project terms are it could be 10 weeks, it could be three months, you know six months yearly, that kind of thing, right. And so I find in my experience it hasn't usually been to like stop doing the thing.

A lot of the time people think that they're inspired to stop working a strategy, but it's usually the voice of fear if they're really, really honest with themselves. And you know, obviously I'm not there and I can't speak on behalf of someone else's inspiration. You know who am I? Um, I'm, you know I'm not, I'm not God, that's for sure and um, so I can't. I can't speak to someone else's inspiration, but in my experience I can tell you mostly it's being like add this thing, do this little thing here as well. Or I know you're building a webinar funnel, tweak this, like you know I might get some inspiration on like even the colors to use, or grab this photo, or change this copy to include this right and so it can.

Sometimes we think of inspired action is like being big things a lot of the time for me, like it might be big things like you know collaborating and you know doing a big event and doing a big retreat with someone. Um, you know it is a big deal, but it's also. It's also not like you know what I mean, because you can break everything down to like little action, steps to progress you and forward you towards the result that you want. So just like how you'll have a game plan and a strategy plan once you receive inspiration. You can break that down as well.

But the important thing is taking that first step, and so I want to share with you a little bit about what I do to get myself in a state where I can freely receive inspiration and this is my belief that I've adopted like every thought that I have is inspiration, and so I'm just going to take action on it. And so what that means is, if I have a thought, come in, I'm either going to do it immediately or I'm going to calendar it because it's inspiration, or I'm going to put it in a book somewhere or my notes app somewhere to think about some more. Right, it doesn't have to like. You know, inspiration like sometimes that that immediate action you're taking, it's just like taking note of it. Like taking note of it and you know, thinking about it some more, it might be meditating over it more, praying over it more, like getting, like seeking other people's opinions who perhaps have done this particular thing. Like that can be a part of the whole process of it. Now, if you don't feel like any like, you can action it immediately. Or you're not going to calendar.

Calendar it right, because sometimes you, for instance, with this whole speaking gig that I reached out to someone to collaborate with you know that takes some homework and some things getting done, but we actually did calendar it after one conversation. You know we calendared it after one conversation. Now, if we didn't calendar it. Then we could have continued to brainstorm and talk about things till we felt we were clear enough to calendar it or to not calendar it. Then we could have continued to brainstorm and talk about things till we felt we were clear enough to calendar it or to not do it right.

So the thing is, because I believe everything that I think is inspiration, or every idea that comes to me is inspiration, I will, like I said, do it immediately or calendar it or put it in my notes app or somewhere for me to come back and consider and think about. If it doesn't go into one of those three buckets, then I'm just going to exclude it as not inspiration. So you might think but Kushley, you just said everything is inspiration. I guess the reality is I treat everything as inspiration and I know that I can like, like, of course, I can receive inspiration anytime, like I'm one of God's children, he loves me, I love him, and that's just the belief that I've adopted. Now, if you're not a Christian and you don't believe that, you might just say I'm a good person. You know I give good out into the world, I give good to other people, and you know I believe in the law of reciprocity and or the law of karma. And you know, I give out good, and good things are going to come back to me, right, and so, of course, I'm going to get inspiration, ideas planted in my mind to help me do more good in the world, right, and the highest good for myself, my business, my clients and for other people, right? And so that's one of the things that I do is I have that belief that everything's in spot, every thought's inspired, and so it helps me to do one of those three buckets or to discard it. And the cool thing is obviously, just because you get inspiration to do something.

There are many examples, even in the bible, where people get inspiration to do something and they go do it. You think you would think it's going to work out wonderfully, but it doesn't. It doesn't always work out wonderfully. It doesn't always work out the way that you want, um, and there are examples of where it works out brilliantly and even exceeds your wildest dreams, right. But what I do when I follow inspiration is I know if I imagine a fork in the road. I remember hearing this story where someone like they were on a journey and they come to back to a fork in the road and they'd forgotten whether they needed to turn left or right, take the left fork or the right fork, and that were out in the middle of the desert somewhere and, um, so they thought about it and prayed about it and I think they were inspired to go right and they went right and they got to the end of a road and they're like, wow I think I can't remember how many minutes they were driving, it wasn't that long like, oh, this sucks, because, you know, we thought that this was the answer, that we should go right, and then they realized it was the answer because if they continued to travel down the other road, which was extremely long, they could have doubted themselves and turned back, thinking that it was the wrong road when it was actually the right road. Instead, they got an answer that helped them to just get on the right road faster and stay on that right road, right. And so that's what I look at.

If things, if I take inspired action and it doesn't work out the way that I want, I know cool, great. So, um, do I need to tweak something and continue down the road? Like you know, if I was in a car, do I need to, like, plug my phone in, like make sure the GPS is working? Do I? What do I need to do? Uh, do I need to blow up the tires? You know, tweak something so that my car's working better. Do I need to, like, do I need to blow up the tires? You know, tweak something so that my car's working better? Do I need to, like, put petrol in the car? Does my car need to tune up? Whatever, it is right. There are things that you'll be able to tweak. So I'll either tweak something and continue on that path or I'll know like, hey, I've taken that right fork in the road and actually there's another way. But what happens is I wouldn't have known that if I didn't start taking action on that inspired piece of action or inspired idea that I got right. So take inspired action, my friends. I hope this is making sense to you and has been helpful. Some other things, some other practices, just a couple that I want to share before we wrap this up.

Is I really 1000 believe that positive attitude and gratitude are the two things that make a radical difference in terms of the amount of inspiration that you get. Now I know there are some of you who you might be going through really challenging times. You know, we all have really difficult times. Our pain can be different, but we can all have really challenging times and if that's a chapter that you're in, if that's a season that you're in, it can feel really difficult to have a great attitude. But I just want to say, like when I say have a great attitude and be grateful, let me say this I think there's always something to be grateful for. It could be breathing, it could be the sunshine on your cheek, it could be the blade of grass, it could be the way that color is in the flower as you walk down the street. It could be those cute eyes on that dog, even though that dog's barking, barking, like how cute are those eyes?

I often remind myself of that with um, my daughter's dog Argo, and we've had him for a year now and he has terrorized our house like. Um ripped the cover on one of my couches like you know, eight thousand dollar couch or lounge, or whatever you call it. Um put a hole in our outdoor lounge outside, uh, eaten at the moment he's eaten our hose reel and, yes, we've had private trainers come in and yes, he's made massive progress. Um, you know, but sometimes he's just got that, the energy, even though we're doing the walking and all the things. It's been, it's been a journey. But sometimes I just look at them and I'm like you are so adorable, like you are so dang adorable. I love your eyes, like look at those markings around your eyes. You are beautiful. I'm so grateful I get to look at your adorable face, right.

I really believe that even amongst the challenges, there are things to be grateful for and it doesn't mean you have to ignore your feelings or ignore the hurt or sometimes very real trauma. You know, I have another life coach, another coaching school, where we train and certify women and as part of that we actually help them to become trauma-informed and really deal with the difficult feelings and things for themselves and their clients, right. So I'm a hundred percent believe in like dealing with, actually help them to become trauma-informed and really deal with the difficult feelings and things for themselves and their clients, right. So I'm a hundred percent to believe in like dealing with the hard stuff. But I also believe through the hard stuff there can be far less suffering, with a great attitude and with gratitude, and I think you know they feed into each other. So when you look for, when you make it a practice to be grateful, then you will naturally be feeding the ability for you to have a great attitude and when you have a great attitude, you'll naturally find that it's far easier to find things to be grateful for.

But you know, through the ups and downs of life, definitely deal with your feelings and give yourself practices to deal with your feelings. So one of the things that I do I'll give you this actually I wasn't intending to, but I'll tell you this I have like a practice. It's called like my evening rant, and so I don't always need to do this, but occasionally I'll find myself doing this and you know, through really difficult times I will definitely do this like every single night, right? So the evening rant is like um, I guess for some of you it's going to be like a practice you need to do through the difficult times, like brushing your teeth, right, and what I do is I use tapping or EFT and I tap on the tapping points and I just say all the things that sucked about my day. I don't try and fix them, I don't try and heal them, I just acknowledge them and see them and it's like it just cleans up my energy and releases things and says, yeah, okay, it's, I hear you, I see you, and it's releasing that energy from my body, from my energy field.

Now, if I feel a twinge or a tweak or something as I'm doing that, then I will write it down, make note of it and go deeper. I don't necessarily address it unless I feel like it would be most powerful to address it then and there. But I have a time each week, on a Sunday usually, where I will go in and do the deeper work of anything that I feel needs to be addressed. Or sometimes I, like you, know, if I feel it needs to be addressed then and there or another certain time, then of course I'll do that as well. But yeah, that's a really great thing to do and I don't, again, it's not about trying to fix anything, it's just seeing it, witnessing it like it's like brushing it off your energy field, and I just do two rounds of tapping.

That takes like literally, you know, a minute, two max, you know, and so I couldn't even say things. Like you know, I can't believe the guy who was serving me today didn't look at me, you know, he didn't smile. Or when I said, how are you? He didn't reply to me. It can be stuff like that. It's like that's you know, so unimportant but but annoyed me, and I

My thing is, I always want to be the person who, when I'm in this space, I help people to feel like they're my favorite person in the world because right then and there I'm connecting with them. They are my favorite person in the world, and so that's, you know, that's a practice that I have that's been really helpful, is like letting go, and so I can just really be present with people and maintain a really positive attitude. And then another thing that I do it's in the morning is I have an instant gratitude practice, and so the instant gratitude practice, sometimes I do it a little bit later. I don't do it straight away when I wake up, like because it's just too dark in the room for me to do it. But basically I will, whatever I lay my eyes on, immediately, I will flip it and pretend that the thing's not there, and then I'll put it back and I'm, and I suddenly feel a sense of gratefulness for the thing.

It could be like, you know, the window next to me. I like I just take away, like, oh, I'm so grateful that, like, I imagine like perhaps a bug could come in, uh, or it's cold or it's hot or whatever, I'm so grateful for that window. When I put it back right, it's just, if I just look at it without taking away, I'm just like, wow, it's a window, you know it's always there. But if I take it away, just for that split second, I'm like, oh, the bugs or whatever could get in, or you know, the the cool air is going to go out and the house will be hot. It just again, it's just a split second thing. And then I put it back on.

Oh, I'm so grateful, I'm so grateful for that window next to my bed, right, and so obviously, you know you want to keep your space beautiful, you want to put things in there and keep your space clean and organized. But even if it's like a bad day for you and it's not you and there's a pile of clothes on your floor, like mine has today, at the moment there's a pile of clothes I actually need to fold put away right, um, it can be like I'm so grateful for all those clothes. You know, oh, my goodness, I'm so grateful for those clothes. I love that t-shirt. I love how I feel when I'm wearing that t-shirt. I'm so grateful.

So those are two things that I do my instant gratitude practice and the evening rant that helped me to just feel more inspired and more grateful and have a better attitude. I hope this has been helpful for you today to think about how you receive inspiration. Obviously, I have so many more practices, particularly as a Christian. You know, for me, praying and fasting is a huge part of what I do as well, but I wanted to share some things that anyone can apply and, of course, you can all go pray and fast, even if you're not Christian. Give it a crack, friends. I love you so much. Thank you for sharing this little corner of the online space with me and my community. If you're not speaking of community actually if you're not yet in my conflict coach academy community, um, go join that. I'll put a link in there as well. If you haven't grabbed the manifest in checklist, grab that and also, obviously, listen to episodes one and two of this manifesting series. If you haven't done that yet, all right, love and sunshine, and I will catch you later.
