Six-Figure Checklist

Building a six-figure coaching business doesn't have to be complicated.
In fact, I think many coaches are working far harder than they need to because they're focusing on the wrong things.
In this episode, I'm sharing my Six-Figure Checklist—the core areas I believe every coach should have in place to build a profitable, sustainable coaching business.
Rather than trying to do everything, you'll learn where to focus your time and energy, how to simplify your business, and why getting a few key pieces right can make all the difference.
Whether you're working towards your first $10K month or looking to create more consistent income, this episode will help you identify what's already in place, what's missing, and what to focus on next.
If you'd like help implementing the checklist, I'd love to support you inside High Ticket Sales, where I'll show you exactly how to build these pieces into your own coaching business.
Enjoy the episode!

What does it actually take to build a six-figure coaching business without overcomplicating everything? In this episode, I'm going to walk you through the essential pieces you need to reach consistent 10k months and beyond. Hey, welcome to the Company Coach Academy podcast. I'm your host, Coach Academy. And if you have an automatic time to really be a service in the world, put a comfortable coaching business online and have an awful life offline, then my love, you are in the right place. Together we're going to talk about a new mindset manifestation, thought work, and your work all things. So let's dive in. Hey my friends, welcome back to the podcast. I'm so glad you're here with me because today I want to share something that's much simpler than most people make it, myself included. I did not make it simple at first. But when I did, I was so thrilled to have figured it out. And so now, like I love helping other coaches to do this to hit their first six-figure year. And if your goal is to build a six-figure coaching business, or maybe it's seven figures, but obviously you've got to go through six figures to get to seven figures, right? I want you to know you do not need to do everything. You don't need to master every marketing strategy, be on every platform, or build a complicated business. I do not know how many times I have worked with clients who they're like, oh, I think I need to write a book first, and I need to do like, I don't know, all they list all of the things, right? Um you simply need to build the right things at the right time. And so today I am going to walk you through my six-figure checklist. Um, and as we go through it, some of you will know exactly what to do next, and it'll be very clarifying, and then you'll go do it. And I'm thrilled for you. If that's you, you'll be able to like take the checklist, implement it, love it, right? Others of you though will want help doing it faster. And if that's you, I'd love to help you inside my high-ticket sales program where I walk you through exactly how to build each part of this checklist step by step. And um, if you if that's you, I'll pop the link in the show notes. All right, let's dive in. Okay, so number one is make the decision. Now, for some of you like, what just just bear with me. Before anything else, you must decide. You must decide that you earn six figures. Not that I'm going to try, or yeah, maybe one day, or hopefully one day, you've literally got to decide. I have spoken about this more times than I can count, right? But the day that I decided I was going to be, or that I was, sorry, not that I was going to be, but that I was a six-figure coach, was the beginning of everything changing. And the reason is a decision actually changes your identity. It changes who you are on many, many levels. So instead of wondering if you're capable, you begin thinking like someone who's already building that business, already built it. Now, is it gonna change all the parts of you? Are you gonna instantly know what to do as a result of making that decision and all of the things? No, you won't. Will it remove every challenge? Sorry, no, I wish it did, but it won't. But it does remove so much unnecessary friction because you're no longer debating whether it's possible, you've already decided. And I know I've had a lot of clients who I've worked with, and they will have had all of these like different, you'd call them mindset issues, um, you know, kind of within the realm of energetics, but those problems stop being problems after they decide. Again, it's not necessarily all of the things, but it I would say it cuts out 80 to 90 percent of the friction that you'd have if you did not decide. So number one is decide, make the decision, okay? Now, number two is I want you to get clear on your dream client and the problem you solve. Okay, not how many sessions you're gonna do, not put things in a package, but decide on the problem you've got you're gonna solve, right? So if I asked you who you help and what problem you solve, could you answer it in one sentence? Because everything else in your business is built on this: your offer, your marketing, your content, your messaging, like all of it. When this is fuzzy, everything else becomes harder. And I can tell you, I have spoken with a lot of you who worry that, like, if you just focus on solving one problem, and then you know, it kind of you stress or you feel like, oh, that's not really what I want because I can do all of these things. Guess what? Any great coach can help in any area, really, or if you've got some really great tools, there's so many things you can help your people to do, but choose the problem to solve that you are going to love solving for at least the next couple of years. If you change in time, guess what? That's cool. You let people know, like, hey, I'm no longer doing that, I'm doing this. I have segued and changed many times in my coaching career, and your audience comes along with you, or at least I have found a lot of your audience comes along with you because as you're changing, they're changing, right? But for now, choose your dream client and the problem you solve. And I say dream client, I know a lot of you have done the avatar exercises and the dream client exercises. The reason we do them is because we want you to focus on who's the client who like lights you up to serve and who you're just gonna love helping, right? Because your content is created for that one person, and you want to speak to that one person. It's amazing how many people they do that exercise and then they go and market and talk to the one who the person who would actually be the hardest, and almost you feel like you're trying to convince them, which you never want to do, okay? So, number two, get clear on your dream client and the problem you solve. You can literally do this in an hour, okay. Um, I walk my clients through how to do this really quickly in high-ticket my high-ticket sales course. You can do it so quickly. This should not be something that you keep coming back to and struggling with. Do it well once, okay. Number three is create one premium offer. Now, I do teach having an offer ecosystem so that it's more like people can say which one. Like, you know, when we go to a restaurant or you know, wherever, we're like small, medium, large if we're getting a drink, usually, okay. Um, so that's great, but what I want to bring it back to is at least, not at least, but have that one premium offer as part of as part of that ecosystem or offer ecosystem, okay. Um, and so this is where I do honestly see a lot of coaches overcomplicating things. You don't need five offers, you just need one really good premium offer. So for many coaches that's somewhere around the two to three thousand dollar mark or higher when they're beginning, um, or five thousand. I have had coaches work with me who have priced mostly, mostly they've been between like three to five, but many are like ten thousand, twenty thousand, thirty, thirty-five thousand, and even fifty thousand, right? So um know that there's like a huge there's a huge range of like scope for how you're gonna price. But for you, um if you can have your minimum premium offer, your minimum high-ticket offer be at $3,000, I would be stoked for you. Um, it really changes the name of how, or the game, sorry, not the name, the game of like how big your audience needs to be, and like you can show up more, I don't know, more grounded and less kind of chasey. And a lot of the time when you've when you do lower price things first, you have to do such a large volume of being out there and being visible that it does start to feel like you're chasing this elusive thing, right? And so I don't want you to get stuck in that. So anyway, one premium offer, and your premium offer should include three things. First, it should include a simple framework. Your clients need to see the roadmap you'll take them through. Frameworks create confidence because they could say, Are you actually, you know, you've thought out like how they're gonna do this and then that and then that, right? It gives them clarity, particularly because when you've got a framework, you'll have little visual frameworks that go with it as well. Again, it just makes it super easy for your people to see what you're talking about and make your offer much easier to sell. Isn't that awesome, right? Um, so a simple framework. The second thing is a delivery model that's sustainable for you. So whether that's private coaching, a synchronous vox of coaching, a group program where you get on once a week or once a month, right? Or a mastermind. You build something you can genuinely enjoy delivering without burning yourself out. And there are lots of ways you can make it work for you and work for your clients, okay? I don't want you to stress about having too many people to work with because that's a great problem to have, firstly. And secondly, yeah, there's a way that you can make it work for them and for you. Um, for instance, group programs are amazing. A lot of time people think, oh, like I want to stick to just private coaching, my clients, because you know, I can really customize it. But guess what? When you're focusing on a result, you do find yourself talking over and over about the same things when you're private coaching. And that's fine if you enjoy it. And like I like I love private coaching, okay. Um, the good thing about group coaching though, and that higher level up mastermind is like they get to see other people doing the same thing, and that can be so helpful for them, okay. They get, yeah, they can't do that when they're private coaching with you, okay. So, anyway, just to say there's a container for you and there's a container for them. So, you want to choose a delivery model that's sustainable for you. And third is make it an offer you're excited to talk about because once your offer is clear and you're excited, um, something really interesting happens, and that takes us to checkpoint number four. Um, but before I say number four, I mentioned offer ecosystem. So basically, you're going to have your main premium offer, right? You've got that framework, and that framework is used in other delivery options. But again, if you need more clarity around that, you can message me by the way. Just message me at KushlaTadwick Official and just send me your question. Say, hey, I was listening to this episode, I have a question, right? And then I'm happy to like help you out, book a call, do whatever we need to do to help you to, you know, get clear and create your six figures. All right, number four is your messaging becomes clear, right? So when your offer is solid, you suddenly know what to talk about, and you're no longer what wondering like what to post, you're talking about the problem you solve. You're sharing your framework, you're sharing client wins, right? You're helping people see what's possible and you're inviting them to take the next step. Most coaches think that they have a content problem. Usually they just have an offer clarity problem. Like they're not because they're not super um excited and clear on their own offer, and their own offer doesn't have frameworks and it stresses them out because of like maybe they're feeling like they don't have enough time, or like what if this or what if that? They they just aren't clear around the way to speak about their offer. So when you've got your offer, your premium offer that's set up in a great ecosystem, then your messaging becomes clear. So use your clear messaging, okay? Number five is build one simple client pathway. This is one of the biggest mistakes I see. People think they need to know webinars, launches, paid ads, evergreen funnels, um, upsells, downsells, one-time offers, all the things. So YouTube, podcasts, DMs, referrals, collaborations. No. No, no, no. There are dozens of ways to take someone from not knowing you to becoming a paying client. You don't need all of them. Choose one pathway, learn it well, repeat it consistently. Personally, one of my favorite ways is what I call the mini method. It's inside my high-ticket sales. I teach it there. I actually teach three different mini sessions, and each one has a different purpose. Each one creates genuine value for the other person, and it's incredibly common for someone to go from one of those mini sessions to becoming a paying client within 48 hours. It's simple, it's natural, and it works super, super well. I have made over half a million dollars using this, and it's funny because, like, you know, I've I'd had done things like built the websites and blah blah blah, but this process is so simple, you don't need to build a website or even a web page. It was, it's just such a simple but really amazing method, and it's called mini methods because like you use the mini sessions, and there are a couple of other ways as well that come under the mini method. Um, again, I teach all of this inside high-ticket sales, but my point is here it's like you need one simple client pathway. You have options, obviously, whichever one you decide, work that and become really good at it, and you'll know that you're working it because you'll be able to be clear on like ah, this is where someone goes from being a stranger to knowing me and taking the next step and becoming a lead, and then from that step becoming a paying client. Okay, whatever your client pathway is, choose a simple one that you're going to work and keep working it. If you want help with the mini methods, again, um come chat to me. You can even just comment, I'll just keep it super easy for you. Just come on over to Cusha Chadwick Official and comment mini, and yeah, I'll chat to you and uh I'll help you to get started inside high-ticket sales so you can start using mini sessions and get your own paying clients. Okay, but um number six is repeat consistently. Now, once you've built these pieces, your job becomes much simpler. Keep showing up, keep talking about the problem you solve, keep inviting people into your client pathway, keep serving people well. That's it. Um you don't need a complicated business to hit six figures. You need a simple one that you can repeat consistently. So here's your six-figure checklist again. Number one, make the decision. Number two, get clear on your dream client and the problem you solve. Number three, create one premium offer, which is like ideally 3K or above. Some of you are like, no, 2K is the max, right? But create one premium offer um in your offer ecosystem um that has a simple framework framework and a sustainable delivery model. Okay, um, the next one is clarify your messaging. I can't even remember what number we are on. One, two, three, four. Is that number four? I think that's number four. Okay, so yeah, clarify your messaging. You can only do that once you've got your awesome offer done, okay? Um build one simple client pathway. Know how you're gonna take your clients from becoming a stranger to a paying client. My recommendation is many sessions, but there are other options, okay? And then what number was that? Four, five, six, repeat it consistently. That's a checklist. Can you see? I didn't say anything about building websites or like any kind of complicated funnels or anything like that. Funnels are great, websites are great. Um, but to hit your first six figures, I'm telling you, it is very, very simple. Okay. So anyway, that's it. If you can go do it, go do it. Okay, and if you want help, get help. And if you do want help putting all of this together, I'd obviously love to help you inside high-ticket sales. I'll show you exactly how to build your premium offer and make it part of your offer ecosystem. So it's it's less yes or no, and more like which one. Uh, clarify your messaging, create your client pathway, and confidently enroll clients without making your business more complicated. And if you have questions inside high-ticket sales, not only do I walk you through like how to do those things, but we have a private podcast so you can send in your personal questions and listen to them while you're walking or doing whatever you need to do. We don't have you like sitting on a Zoom call waiting for an hour before you can have your turn to ask a question or anything like that. We just make it super fast and easy and simple for you to get your questions answered. Okay. So um, you'll find the link in the show notes. Thank you so much for spending this time with me today. And if this episode helped you, I'd love it if you shared it with another coach who needs to hear it. And I'll see you in the next episode. Lots of love and sunshine. Bye.
