There's all sorts of businesses, there's all sorts of great stuff, so we'll get into it.

So as a real estate broker in our arm or less, we have private remarks that are for just the brokers, and then we have the public remarks that are for everyone.

And I specifically and a property we're representing said, hey, call me before you make an offer so that I can give you instructions, because this is a relocation property and they require a certain way for things to be done, certain documents, all of that.

So of course, today we get multiple offers on this property, which is awesome. One of the offers came in without any phone call, any anything. So you might hear kind of interchangeable South Hillsboro reeds crossing the whole thing, pretty much the same thing. But in real estate we call it South Hillsboro.

So awesome. So awesome. The parks are beautiful over there and they really do make sense. I don't know who stuck to that plan. I'm sure City of Hillsboro was pretty intense about making sure they kept those parks and trails, but it is really impressive and it does add so much value to the community.

Yeah, every home is within a quarter mile of a park. So their plan was walkability plus mixed use, integration of schools, transit, greenways, all of that. And you know, this was Hillsboro answer to Silicon Forest, Intel, Nike, all of that because Hillsboro is running out of room. And when this land was secured for that, they really spent a good amount of time actually planning for it and really trying to figure out how do we maximize this, but also make it something spectacular that the city of Hillsboro can really lean into.

So Reed's Crossing, on the other hand, is about 465 acres of south Hillsboro. And it's it's master planned like the rest of it. And it has the biggest component of commercial wellness, education, residential, all of it put together.

And yeah, they have that really nice medical facility with a gym attached to it and pools. And so like, you know, a way for people to access health care right in their neighborhood, but also have an affordable community gym that's, you know, a step above your normal community gym. They have like workout classes. And it's really well done.

Yeah. So there's going to be multifamily involved there also. So apartments but also, you know, high density stuff 1600 plus units of multifamily by the way. 2800 and crossing single family homes I mean it's immense.

The multifamily units. I'm sure you've been through them. They're really nice. You know. Of course they are like a multifamily unit. So they share walls, but they don't do your traditional like eight homes in a row. They do. They tend to do like 3 to 4 that way. There's only a couple units that have walls on both sides.

So yeah, I've been in a bunch of units, the attached versions, and it's great. I mean, the floor plan, I have to hand it to the builders and developers because they did a great job of finding floor plans that people want to use now. And bear in mind, when they were planning all this stuff, we're talking 4 or 5 years ago and tastes changed very quickly, but I think they nailed it.

There's a lot of like attached homes, but also townhouses and, you know, all sorts of stuff like that where there's bedrooms on the main floor or offices on the main floor. And, you know, it's just a really cool open floor plan on the main, the whole thing.
