We're venturing beyond water's role in quenching thirst, exploring the compelling research of Masaru Emoto who posits that water can retain information and, by extension, has a form of memory.
My personal revelation about the pivotal role of water quality led me to the switch to spring water and filtered water in my shower and taps – a change that has been as refreshing for my body as it has for my mind. The intricate dance of water molecules and the concept of structured water might just redefine your understanding of hydration and its impact on our health.
But this episode isn't just a theoretical soak in scientific wonder; it's also the tale of my entrepreneurial journey with Clean Aqua Delivery.
Starting from the quest to usher pure spring water into the homes of Stockholm, my ambition stretches to the far reaches of the globe, aiming to enhance health and vitality for all. We discuss not just the importance of water's source but also its journey to our taps, and I share insights from documentaries that have shaped my perspective on water's fundamental role in the grand symphony of life. Tune in to cultivate a deeper appreciation for every drop you drink and to align with the unseen energies that water carries within.
Hi to all the lovely souls out there that is taking time out of their day to tune into another episode of Inspire to Rewire. I am your lovely host, sharonna, and today I want to try to give you a deeper understanding about something that flows and that exists everywhere and in everything. That is also the most important and common substance that we all share on this lovely planet, and that, my friends, is water. It is a vital substance that sustains all life on earth. It exists in all living beings and all living cells inhabiting this planet. Water is made out of two elements hydrogen and oxygen. And the earth, just like us, is a living, dynamic being, and the thriving heart of the earth is the ocean, and it is a constant water circulation on earth that keeps the earth alive. Just like water gives life to earth, it does the same to us. Water is like the medium within all life on this earth, and every living cell on this earth is a container of water. Just like the human body, the earth maintains a constant amount of water. We, as humans, need to drink water to stay hydrated and survive, but water is also essential for the survival of all animal and plant life on this earth. Our bodies approximately absorb 1.5 liters of water, and we should all aim to drink at least 2.5 liters of water each day, which means that the quality of the water we drink matters in more ways than one, and I would like to have the pleasure to share with you why Water molecules are charged on one end negatively and on the other positively. Water molecules are also able to record and store information, which means that water retains information that is captured, meaning that the water has memory and it receives the information from the outside. So, for example, if you talk to a glass of water before drinking it, you will charge it either positively or negatively, and this has both been studied and proven. I will give an example Jellyfishes are 99.99% water. Scientists have studied jellyfishes, but they studied the 1.1% that is not water, to see what and where life comes from. The conclusion was and is that water is and holds life, and there are so many different qualities of water, and the quality of the water that we drink is of importance to our own health.
Speaker 1:As I mentioned previously, I reside in Sweden, where we are supposedly to have some of the world's finest tap drinking water. However, upon tasting spring water for the first time, I noticed a profound difference in its smoothness and flavor compared to the tap water we have here, and I found myself feeling more hydrated when consuming spring water opposed to the tap water. This experience actually ignited a curiosity within me, prompting me to dwell deeper into the understanding the reasons behind this difference. Upon uncovering the truth, I was somewhat surprised, and not in a positive manner. There is this man by the name Masuri Motou, that I studied water for 15 years, and he has made remarkable discoveries. Mr Motou's discoveries particularly intrigued me as I embarked on my journey of healing, as I began to awaken to a new level of awareness, and I gradually realized that much of what I have learned from childhood to that moment was based on falsehood, a deception, in all aspects of life, even when it comes to the water we drink. The more knowledge I acquired, the more I comprehended the extent of my own ignorance. I also came to recognize that many of the practices that supposedly is beneficial to my health or our health is in fact detrimental. The best human possesses an immense potential beyond our comprehension, and when we commit ourselves to the journey of self-discovery, our perception of the world undergoes a profound transformation because our internal world undergoes a similar shift, so, consequently, I haven't consumed tap water for approximately five six years now.
Speaker 1:I've installed filters in both my shower and kitchen and, as I have learned that tap water often contains numerous unwanted substances and our water pipes are interconnected with sewage pipes, meaning that whatever is expelled from our bodies finds its way back into our water supply. This includes a mixture of waste from various individuals, creating a concerning mixture within the pipes. Despite aggressive water purification methods and over a thousand man-made chemicals that persist in our water system, sewage is frequently recycled into our water supply and conventional filters cannot remove all the contaminants. As a result, chlorine, fluoride, hormone residues, medication remnants, drugs and other chemicals circulate through our pipes, and this is impacting the water quality. Additionally, chlorine's presence in water removes oxygen, further compromising its quality. I think Missouri Motors' discoveries regarding water have been incredibly fascinating and have significantly broadened my perspective on this essential element.
Speaker 1:Through his studies over the years, I gained a deeper understanding of water and its complex properties. For those who are intrigued by a deeper understanding, dwelling into quantum physics offer insights into the fascinating realm of hexagonal patterns and the connection to our existence. However, given the complexity of this topic, I will merely scratch the surface here and relate it back to the water. So in nature, water flows organically and, as a result, each water molecule adopts a beautiful hexagonal pattern, forming crystal formation. These hexagonal crystals are natural formations that signify the structured organization of the water molecules. The structure of the water refers to how its molecules are arranged. For example, tap water typically contains 11 to 16 molecules per cluster. Smaller water molecules are more cheerfully absorbed by our cells, which is enhancing hydration and cellular function in our system, for example, red blood cells electrolytically charged, and when these cells lose their energetic charge, they tend to clump together, impending proper circulation and movement within the bloodstream. So therefore, ensuring adequate hydration with water that is structured to facilitate cellular observation can contribute to overall health and vitality.
Speaker 1:And as water flows through our pipes, its molecular structure is disrupted by the unnatural curves and edges that it encounters. Unlike in nature, where water flows freely and naturally, the journey through city pipelines imposes unnatural flow, which means that it destroys the hexagonal and crystal formations within the molecule structure of the water. So we are drinking broken water. And along this journey through our pipes, water also observes the energy and vibration of its surroundings. As I mentioned before, water has memory and is affected by its outside environment. So this means that the water is affected by the emotional and mental states of the population. So when it passes through our pipes in our cities which unfortunately is sad to say, and I would like to think that many of us are aware of that in today's world a significant portion of the population experiences stress and depression and anxiety and low vibrational energy, which can spiritually pollute the water. This means that the majority of people who consume tap water are essentially ingesting water that is diminished with vitality.
Speaker 1:Studies have shown that fish placed in tap water can both develop health issues and behavioral changes compared to those fishes who are put in natural water. There is a big contrast between naturally pure water and chemically purified water, and it is evident when animals intuitively choose natural sources for their own hydration needs. Another thing worth knowing is that water is highly responsive to external influences, such as radiation from cell phones and TVs and microwaves, as well as our own vibrational frequency, as you are vibration. I also think it is crucial to be mindful of the impact of consuming water or any beverage from plastic bottles, and especially considering that many of these drinks may have been stored in bottles for an extended period, leading to the release of microplastic into the liquid. Not only does this pose potential health risk for those consuming the drinks, but it also contributes to plastic pollution further harming our environment. So opting for alternative options such as glass containers can help minimize the exposure to microplastics and reduce the plastic pollution, promoting both personal health and environmental well-being. Glass is a natural element known for its smooth texture and harmonizing effects on water. Yet the majority of the companies store their water or liquid in plastic bottles, a chemically produced material, because it's cheap.
Speaker 1:We are so fortunate that there are various alternatives to plastic bottle water and tap water, such as natural spring water provided by Mother Nature, although it may not always be accessible to everyone. There's also other options, like alkaline water that is processed through specialized machines to enhance its structure, and that provides another beneficial choice. Me myself, I have personally experienced the transformative effects of fresh spring water, and I just love the taste of spring water and how smoothly it goes down my throat and caters to my body. I would also like to mention the benefits of water fasting while I'm on the subject of water, as I have first hand experienced water fasting throughout my life and my first 10 day water fast, about maybe 7 years ago presented its challenges, but the mental clarity and inner peace it brought were remarkable, and I loved it. It actually fostered a new relationship with both food and my body, as I learned about the profound impact of water fasting on the body's process.
Speaker 1:During a water fast, the body undergoes a reset. It's activating its innate healing mechanisms. With no intake, the body used to utilize stored energy, leading to a reduction of fat mass and body weight. Additionally, growth hormone levels increase, facilitating cellular repair and regeneration. The absence of food allows the body to address the silent inflammations and it eliminates toxins and heavy metals and enhance immune function. From my perspective, embarking on a water fast is a powerful, very powerful act of self loving care. Water fast also triggers a process called orthopogy I'm not sure I'm pronouncing that fully correctly when the body cleans out old and damaged cells, promoting renewal and repair. And during a water fast, typically around day two, when approximately 90-95% of the energy comes from ketones, the brain shifts to using ketones for fuels instead of glucose, resulting in a noticeable difference in energy levels. When this happens in your body, you feel it Like, you feel the shift and you feel the difference within your body.
Speaker 1:Happening Like this is what makes me want to water fast, because how the energy levels that I get and how much clarity I feel in my mind and it's also a very spiritual experience I would like to say I love to water fast. I think it's a mental challenge for sure, but it's also something that I encourage everyone to put themselves through, because I think it can be very beneficial in more ways than one. Anyway, by day 3, there is often a reversal of chronic diseases and an increase in stem cells, aiding the body's own healing process, which is dope. I recently myself embarked on a water fast and I intend to do so again, and this time I'm gonna do it for 7 days maybe, and during the fast I plan to engage in more meditation and breathwork, allowing myself to go inward and connect with my body's needs each day.
Speaker 1:It's very crucial to listen to your body, doing a water fast and adjusting your activities based on your energy levels. I believe that everyone should experience the benefits of water fasting first hand. It jump starts fat burning for those people who have maybe issues with losing weight or, you know, sometimes it's struggling and it can lead to a significant weight loss. It has helped me in more ways than one. However, fasting isn't just about physical benefits. It also challenges, mentally and emotionally. We are able to confront habits like eating out of boredom or for emotional comfort. Unfortunately, our society often prioritizes quick fixes over meaningful challenges and many hold this belief that contradicts what actually is best for our own individual health. So many view water fasting as dangerous, but when done correctly, it can be profoundly beneficial Mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually. Like water fasting is so, so good, I think it's very essential to ease into a fast and break a fast properly. When you break a fast, you have to focus on high fat and high protein foods to support cell generation and avoid spiking insulin levels with high carbohydrate meals.
Speaker 1:So, with saying all of this, what I want to come and give rotation to is that the water we drink matters. It's the source of all life on this planet and fundamental to our own well-being. I started one of my companies with my brother from another mother, clean Aqua Delivery, where we deliver fresh spring water directly to your home. Unfortunately, this is just available in the city of Stockholm, where I'm based at the moment, but if I could, I would do this worldwide. We are very connected to our earth and all the resources that she supplies and shares with us.
Speaker 1:If you can find the source of fresh spring water that is drinkable, I encourage you to embark on the discovery what spring water can do for you. No matter if it may be a process of getting the water, I can assure you it will be worth it. I hope that this will inspire many of you out there listening to pay attention to the quality of the water that you consume, as I. It plays a significant role in our overall health and vitality. I would also highly recommend to watch two documentaries. One is called the Secrets of Water and the other one is Watch the Water with Dr Brian Ardiz. The information shared in these documentaries is definitely known, worth knowing. It's also worth noting that every seed and embryo in existence begins its journey in water, which is highlighting the fundamental role of water in all sustaining life. So, to all my brothers and sisters out there, stay clean and stay hydrated and be in the knowing that water is life. Namaste.
