Hello to all the beautiful souls out there and welcome to Inspire, to Rewire. I am your host, sherona, and today I invite you on a journey to explore the depths of your being. Do you feel like you are truly thriving in life? If not, have you ever paused to ask yourself why, or consider what steps you could take to cultivate a sense of thriving and progression in your own personal development? Throughout my own journey, I've discovered that the more I understand about how my body and brain functions, the better equipped I am to navigate life's challenges. In a previous episode, I touched upon the brain and the significance of different hormones. I also discussed how many of us find ourselves stuck in the past, reliving moments from years ago due to unresolved emotions stored in our bodies, a form of trauma response.
Speaker 1:When you are unaware of the programs and indoctrinations influencing you, it's challenging to recognize and comprehend the forces guiding your actions. It's difficult to acknowledge that you are an autopilot when you are unaware of it. Consumers and larger authorities may claim to act in our own best interest, yet they provide us with poisoned food and contaminated water and polluted air and chemically treated soil and even toxic clothing. The list goes on. It's very long. Everything they sell us seems to harm us subtly, disconnecting us from our true selves and hindering our ability to thrive. The system seems designed to control the masses, intentionally leading us astray. However, once you begin to see through these mechanisms, the situation appears absurd at every level, and when you voice your concerns to those around you, they may perceive you as the crazy one, but by dwelling deeper into yourself and exploring your own Pandora's box, you uncover a world you never knew existed, and through this process, you gain insight and tools to care for yourselves in ways you hadn't even considered before, thus empowering you to thrive in your life. I will say it before and now I'll say it again the best way to keep a slave happy is to keep them unaware of their status as a slave.
Speaker 1:We are all living in an illusion crafted by those who wield power in the world. The individuals who establish laws and regulations are attacking us by having us follow rules that often defy logic. We are expected to follow these laws, yet the very people who authorize them often find ways to bypass them, exploiting legal loopholes to do as they please. So have you ever paused to ponder why certain things are acceptable while others are not? For instance, why is it legal to consume alcohol, a substance known for its toxicity and harm to the human body, while cannabis, which is less harmful, remains illegal in many places? Have you questioned the norms and practices that surround you, from the laws to the information fed to us?
Speaker 1:The majority of us are so consumed by the busyness and distractions of daily life that we barely have a moment to pause and reflect, and when someone's attempt to shed light on the truth is often met with resistance and denial, or the person is often being called out as a conspiracy theorist. One thing I come to understand is that we shouldn't allow our past to dictate our future, that we should learn from our past experience to forge a new path forward. When we thrive on an individual level, it sets off a ripple effect, eventually leading to collective prosperity. The deeper you delve into investigation across all aspects of life, the more you realize that much of what we believe to be true about our origins, our knowledge and our education is in fact, a fabrication. We've been deceived by every institution, not just religious ones. These institutions, whether governmental, educational or financial, all serve to maintain a status quo established by those in power. Religious institutions often revert as a supporter of truth are no exception. They too have been influenced and manipulated by the same forces that govern our political and economic system. We've been led astray from the true essence of spirituality, obscured by the agendas of those in control. Well, I can't define what God is. I can discern what it's not, and until we, as individuals, are willing to confront the entirety of the reality, regardless of where it may lead us, we will all remain ensnared by falsehoods.
Speaker 1:By educating ourselves and uncovering the origins of our beliefs, we begin to see the pervasive nature of deception. Only by seeking and embracing the truth can we truly liberate ourselves from these shackles of deceit. You must liberate yourself from the grip of past fears, for they have a way of seeping into your present reality. Embrace the truth that the present moment is all-incompassing and eternal. Shifting your mind at an emotional state is paramount, informs the bedrock of transformation. By observing your thoughts and emotions without judgment, you open the door to navigate life in a new direction, one where you assume responsibility for your own circumstances. While you may not have control over everything that has transpired, you actually wield the power to embark on a journey of healing, refusing to be defined by past events. Taking ownership of your well-being is a sacred duty, and as you uncover the lies that have shaped your beliefs, you are compelled to challenge these narratives. This process bestows upon you a fresh perspective, one that extends to every facet of your existence, including health and freedom. The pursuit of knowledge becomes your alley, equipping you with wisdom to thrive and fostering a deeper connection with your inner self and the world around you.
Speaker 1:Yet as you diverge from societal norms, expect resistance. Many will view your choices with skepticism, for they are entrenched in the very conventions you seek to transcend. Living a life that diverges from the status quo invites scrutiny and challenges, both from within and from those around you. Yet it is true the divergency that you discover a new rhythm, a new way of being, one that actually resonates with the truth. You come to embrace the truth about who you are and what we all are, and embarking on this journey of personal growth and self-discovery can indeed feel solitary, and especially when those closest to you struggle to comprehend your evolution. As you undergo transformation, your very presence may serve as a mirror, reflecting back to others the areas in which they too need to change, and that can be a very discomforting reality for many.
Speaker 1:Sadly, our society often normalizes harmful behaviors, making it very challenging to uphold healthier choices. And the more you prioritize your own well-being and accumulate knowledge about yourself and the world, the more divergent your path may seem from the mainstream. And this disconnect, I think, is particularly evident when it comes to people who are raising children. Well, you can see some parents opting for healthier food, wholesome foods and teach health conscious habits. Children may view such choices as very unconventional or extreme, preferring to indulge their children in sugary treats and processed foods. What does it matter? They should be able to treat themselves. I think we all have been installed with this bad way of looking at it. When we treat ourselves, we treat ourselves with things that are not good for our bodies or doesn't do good for our health mental health or emotional health or physical health. When we treat ourselves because we feel like we're deserving of something or we should, you know, kind of celebrate something, we should treat ourselves with something that actually make us thrive more, that is good for us in every aspect of our life. That is the way of treating ourselves.
Speaker 1:I know that finding like-minded individuals, finding your tribe, can be a very difficult task, as those people who are embracing a holistic lifestyle they actually represent a minority, even among your friends. I know it can be hard to invite your friends to join you in activities promoting physical and mental and spiritual wellness, and it can often be met with like reluctancy or some type of resistance. But your commitment to self-love serves as a compass and it's guiding you towards choices that honor your highest good. You recognize that societal norms and past conditions may not align with your aspirations for holistic thriving. The opinions of others hold less sway over your decisions when you live in your truth and know who you are. We are often very affected, or often have been very affected, by our external environment and other people's opinions. In truth, no one possesses a greater stake in your well-being than you do. While some may attempt to pull you into their less than optimal behaviours to ease their own guilt, you have to remain steadfast in your own dedication to self-improvement.
Speaker 1:We have all been ingrained from an early age with certain behaviours that now feel inseparable from us or from who we are, and these patterns have become so deeply intertwined with our identity that it can be hard to recognise and to challenge them, and our modern way of life bombards us with constant dopamine hits, keeping us in a perpetual state of stress and seeking quick fixes to elevate our discomfort. Navigating in today's world is a rife with challenges, particularly financial struggles that perpetuate an ever-present stress. We are caught in the pursuit of material possessions, striving to fit into a predefined mould that was never meant for anyone to confirm to. We have all been conditioned to seek shortcuts and to choose the path of least resistance, preferring the safety of familiarity over the uncertainties of change we have as find ourselves escaping from our true nature, which feels as foreign to us as it would to a stranger. And confronting uncomfortable truth or taking decisive action doesn't come naturally to most. It actually requires a level of self-awareness encouraged that many lack.
Speaker 1:I firmly believe that gaining insight into how our system operates on every level grants us a profound understanding of ourselves as holistic beings. Our mindset shapes our reality and our emotional responses either elicit reactions or prompted to take action. Ultimately, the choice is actually yours. To cultivate greater self-control, we must first deepen our understandings of ourselves, exploring the various facets and dimensions of our own being, and unfortunately, not everyone is taught the importance of mastering discipline for personal growth. It's very easy to go to a job and do everything that you are told by your boss to do, and you do everything, sometimes even work overtime, just to finish what your boss told you to finish. But then when it comes for your own self to put in the work, you don't do it or don't give the same efforts. We often go to a job and many of us do it just to survive financially. So we do everything that we are told, but then when it comes to our own well-being or our own development or involvement or growth, we don't give the same effort or engagement as we do at our jobs. I know that for many, discipline only comes into play when it's tied to financial survival A grim reality for the majority of the population. They're actually stuck in survival mode, and I do think that the path to true health and happiness lies in the continuous work on our healing and mindset. It entails reprogramming ourselves and cultivating habits that nourish our well-being and contribute to our future fulfillment.
Speaker 1:Our aim is to thrive in the present moment, finding happiness in the now, because that is all we truly possess. When we allow external forces to rob us of our present moment, it's essential to introspect and understand why we grant them power over us, and in facing uphill battles and challenges, that's where we experience growth and evolution. These adversities teach us to thrive not only in moments of joy, but also in times of hardship. I know it's not common for individuals to embark on this journey alone, and those who do often find themselves confronted with difficulties that may tempt them to give up. A valuable lesson is to internalize, is to refrain from voicing negativity without offering a solution. If you see a problem, have a solution to the problem. Speak more about what you want to achieve or what you want to create than what you actually don't want to have in your world or in your creation of living. I think it's important that, instead of dwelling on the negative aspect of a situation, we should focus on finding constructive ways to address challenges and move forward.
Speaker 1:I know that the more you embark on your healing journey, the more you will find yourself drawn to learning and expanding your understanding, and this will lead to a greater sense of thriving in your life, as a remarkable soul that you are. It will cultivate positive habits that may not have been traditionally taught to us, such as meditation and breath, work and tapping into your creativity, engaging physical activity and movement, whether it's dancing in your kitchen or working out to honor and cherish your body and have a flow within the energy in your body. Release the stagnant energy that might be stuck in you. Do that when you move. Explore the benefits of fasting and its impact on your body, mind and soul. Surround your living space with crystals and organites and understand their effects on you and your environment. Create a nurturing and inspiring sanctuary within your home where you feel truly at peace. And please surround yourself with individuals who uplift and inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Be around people who bring out the highest version of you, and pay attention to the products that you use on your body and the substances you ingest, as these choices directly influence your wellbeing.
Speaker 1:Recognize the detrimental effects of external forces designed to lower our vibration, such as chemicals and harmful additives. Monitor yourself, talk and strive to cultivate a positive inner dialogue. Talk to yourself as you talk to your best friend. Explore the realm of energy work and realize that you too are energy. Engage in activities that brings you joy and that evokes genuine smile from both your face and heart. Challenge yourself regularly, but do so in ways that resonate with you personally rather than following the crowd.
Speaker 1:Surround yourself with individuals who are intellectually stimulating and continue to foster a mindset of lifelong learning. Never settle for satisfaction in life, as you inherently deserve more than you may believe. Remember that the moment you seize learning is the moment you halt your growth and evolution, leading you away from the path of truth, fulfillment and happiness. You are here to thrive. You are here to feel good every day, but to do so, you must face all of the darkness and all of the shadows that you may have within, including in this world. We have to accept what is so we can transform what is going on, both inside of us as well as outside of us. The meaning of life is to find your gift and the purpose of life is to give it away. Namaste, thank you for watching.
