Ephesians 4:4 reminds us there is one body and one Spirit—yet we live in a world full of competing voices and opposing spirits that seek to confuse, distract, and ultimately destroy. But Jesus didn’t leave us alone. In John 20, He breathed on His disciples and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.” That same Spirit now lives in us.
