Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Ever laughed so hard your sides hurt? That's precisely what happened to us, Joshua and Craig, during our absurdly enjoyable escapade to Uranus—a town that's more than its cheeky name. But our latest podcast isn't just a collection of giggles; it's an honest heart-to-heart about the emotional swings of travel. From the awe of the Grand Canyon to the pangs of missing our pet pals, we're laying it all out there. Ride along as we share tales of manifesting dreamy destinations, encountering unexpected personal revelations, and succumbing to the bittersweet symphony that is life on the road.
Now, picture this: juggling a jam-packed schedule with the soothing hum of the highway as the backdrop. Sounds tough, right? Well, buckle up because that's the reality I'm steering into. With a solo drive marathon, a mountain of editing, and a deadline to hit Phoenix, our chat takes a turn towards the chaotic side of content creation. But rest assured, despite the impending crunch of editing podcasts and videos—including a special project with Munzy—the promise is a polished product without compromise. Join us in this episode where the rubber meets the road in the pursuit of balancing work and wanderlust.

Speaker 2No. The extra pronounced Uranus. I'll say that.
Speaker 1I was trying to be classy, grandma.
Speaker 2No. No class here, Josh. No. Well, I'll leave out some things, but not all just saying. But no. I do go to Uranus, which is, yeah, it's a that was a that was a wild time, just saying. And I'll get that. I'll get to that later on in the
Speaker 1I can't wait. I can't wait. Well, You know what? Craig, we haven't talked in, like, I don't know, five minutes.
Speaker 2Yeah. Exactly. It's good to see you again at a time that you talk to go and get your contact lenses out I I portion on the b. That's what it was.
Speaker 1Yes. We are still face to face Mhmm. At my kitchen table, in basket in the glow of the silver play button.
Speaker 3I I
Speaker 2told you I told you you have to mention
Speaker 1I just I gotta just He's he's let it go.
Speaker 2He's proud of me play button.
Speaker 1I'm proud of my play button because it's in my town and I'm proud of my town.
Speaker 2Oh, jeez. No. You can't use that this time. We're not there.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2No. You use it.
Speaker 1Find a different place within this podcast to say that something or somebody is proud of their town.
Speaker 2Yes. I I can guarantee I know where it's gonna be placed. But anyway, we'll soon see. It's gonna be placed in Uranus. But anyway, we're gonna manifest Josh No. It's delayed and upgrade. Well, actually, what is that delayed? What is that upgrade? What does it mean?
Speaker 1Can we just say, first, just so everybody explains? Or The way you know is what we're talking about is because we just recorded the previous episode that you listened to two weeks ago, our our our delay and our upgrade has not technically changed. No. In the last five minutes.
Speaker 2But we're gonna we're gonna manifest you Yes. Manifest what's gonna happen in the next two weeks for us.
Speaker 1So this is gonna come out Mhmm. Memorial Day weekend. Mhmm. And we gotta manifest. One is good. What great thing
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1And what horrible thing. What's going forward?
Speaker 2Just just delayed.
Speaker 1To love. What what low?
Speaker 2Yeah. What low? Highs and lows.
Speaker 1Highs.
Speaker 2So do you wanna go first, Josh?
Speaker 1Yes. I'm going to manifest. Yes. Betty? We die high Mhmm. Was seen the grand canyon. For the first time in my life, Craig, it was so beautiful. Yeah. We took a dome car.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1If you don't know what a dome car is, it's a trink her with a dome.
Speaker 2Dombed glass on top of
Speaker 3the body?
Speaker 1We had we had beers Yeah. As we're looking at the beautiful scenery on the way to the grand canyon. We got to the grand candid.
Speaker 2It was you and me in Minnesota boy.
Speaker 1Yes. It was it it was certainly an upgrade
Speaker 2Yep.
Speaker 1And we were way up there
Speaker 3Mhmm.
Speaker 1On the top. Looking down Mhmm. Into the abyss Yeah. That is a grand canyon. A natural wonder of the world. Yeah. Boy, was that cool?
Speaker 2That that that was I mean, that will be I mean, that was No.
Speaker 1It was cool. We're manifesting it like it's gonna happen.
Speaker 2What was your delay in that a case in Josh. What do you think is gonna be the
Speaker 1I'll tell you. Yeah. I miss my dog.
Speaker 2Oh, that's See, that's gonna happen. You know You're already.
Speaker 1I'm manifesting this yeah. It's good. It is.
Speaker 2And it will happen. And it
Speaker 1will happen could you be wife What time that was right now?
Speaker 2How long will you be wife for me for a week trip? A week.
Speaker 1Monday to Monday.
Speaker 2I guarantee he's gonna miss you as well. It's a
Speaker 1long time. Right? Buddy Boy? I mean, he's not here. I missed him.
Speaker 2Yeah. Wow. That's this
Speaker 1I that's pretty accurate.
Speaker 2That's pretty accurate.
Speaker 1That's gonna happen. I will miss my dog.
Speaker 2Yep. Yep.
Speaker 1That's the pit of despair Mhmm. Low, low, major delay. Mhmm. At least that's at least a a three hour delay.
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 1At least. How about you, Craig? What are
Speaker 2you gonna manifest? Well, what's your upgrade? Simply so my upgrade already. I already know what my Right? He's gonna be Yeah.
Speaker 1You're actually gonna get upgraded in a flight. No. You're not you're not flying.
Speaker 2Driving, Josh. I'm driving
Speaker 1the upgrade.
Speaker 2So I'm dropping I'm driving all the way across. So I'm coming from here, I'm gonna be doing the north and south Dakota, which I haven't done yet. I haven't been there yet. They're gonna be I do believe they're gonna be my forty fifth and forty sixth or forty sixth and forty seventh.
Speaker 1You're doing it wrong, Craig. Mhmm.
Speaker 2I know what should You have
Speaker 1to do North Dakota the last day. That's, like, literally, their their marketing. They want to be the last day. Yeah. Like, if you go to their visitor center, and it is your last day. You get a teacher that says the last day.
Speaker 2I'll just go there anyway and say it's my last. How can you print those?
Speaker 3You're
Speaker 1Craig, that's wine. I wine is wrong.
Speaker 2Listen to you. But what I'm saying is, I digress. We I'm going north South Dakota's, and then I'm going into Wyoming, Josh. Wyoming is my favorite my favorite state
Speaker 1that you've never been to?
Speaker 2I've been to woeing. I've been to woeing. I have been woeing. And it is my favorite state. People ask me all the time, you know, I've been to for forty six states now, which is your favorite OSA, Wyoming. And I'm going to meet a good maiden mind who I haven't seen in a number of years good old smile makers. Mhmm. Is this geocaching name? So Dave Yes. I'll be meeting up with Dave for an afternoon.
Speaker 1You're gonna meet him in. Wide open spaces.
Speaker 2It's actually Gillette, the best a man can get. So that's where it will be. Gillette? Yeah. Gillette's the town's an hour. Yeah. Gillette's the town name. Wow.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 2It's the best American get. So there you go. That's gonna be my upgrade, Josh. I already knew what my upgrade upgrade was gonna be.
Speaker 1What's gonna be your delay?
Speaker 2My delay is that I am going to be busy. Like
Busy Days Ahead
Speaker 1yeah. How are you gonna do an all crowd?
Speaker 2I've gotta I've gotta drive. I'm by myself. I've gotta drive. Yes. I've gotta edit this podcast. You gotta do another podcast with wrong. I've gotta edit a video. I've gotta edit other videos. I've gotta edit other podcasts. Yeah. To drive and to drive. I said drive first, but I have to drive second as well. Yeah. Sometime I have to sleep and stop in, you know, roadside of my car to do so. It's gonna be long days ahead.
Speaker 1Yeah. You know, a lot of work.
Speaker 2So that's my that's okay. My my delays is gonna be the long days. Yeah. It can't be you know, what I've been used to, which is like the two or two and a half hour drive now that I do. That's a scenic drive, you know, and then I'll get to a location and then I'll, you know, puddle around the Yeah. Town and have a look around the town. Maybe you guys were a brewery, Josh. I'm at a brewery
Speaker 1every day
Speaker 2Three or four o'clock in the afternoon having a a nice, you know, flight of beers and trying the local brewers themselves. And logging them all untapped, just saying.
Speaker 1You are untapped power user.
Speaker 2I am. I am. Yeah. And and that's what I'm normally used to, but this is not gonna be the case for me. For the next week and a half. It's gonna be flat chat. So that's gonna be my my delays. I won't be delayed per se.
Speaker 3Right.
Speaker 2It's just gonna be I'm gonna be busy see. Yeah.
Speaker 1You have a goal. You have a goal. You have to get to Phoenix. You had a certain point. Yeah. A little silly to
Speaker 2pick you up.
Speaker 1Yeah. Pick me up. You gotta if edit edit my Munzy video that you're gonna be shooting this weekend.
Speaker 2Exactly. I'm gonna do that as well. While I'm driving, I'll go to then record a movie.
Speaker 1Because you're gonna edit my video while you're driving.
Speaker 2Yeah. Pretty much.
Speaker 1Oh, boy. I I might have to might have to do some quality assurance.
Speaker 2I'll do I'll do I'll do an edit. Let's still have to do quality assurance. I can guarantee that because I'll be editing in my rest stop areas you know, in the front seat of my car with my laptop on my lap, literally a laptop and, yeah, doing it that way. So
Speaker 1Well, those are some good projects
Speaker 2they go predict
Speaker 1Of our objectives. Highs and lows. My low wasn't too low.
Speaker 2No. Your low was but it's real. Gonna be real. The Olo is gonna be the the realest of the lowest of the lowest.
Speaker 1I'm also gonna miss my family, but let's be real. I'm gonna miss Goliath at all.
Speaker 2Exactly. It
Speaker 1was being honest people.
Speaker 2And it's always
Speaker 1gonna judge me.
Speaker 2You can say that, though, on his podcast. You can say that on his podcast because
Speaker 1they don't
Speaker 2they don't listen to the podcast. True.
Speaker 1And that's also my love.
Speaker 2Me, well, like, you even tell me your wife now. She's like saying, you know, be quiet guys down there in the and the dining room table, and she's closed the door. She's watching something on the right pad. So
Speaker 1That's true.
Speaker 2Yeah. That's
Speaker 1true. Craig, yes, mate. I'm so excited talking about your halfway across America road trip. You've been road tripping a lot, but I'm really, really excited. I've seen the pictures and I've you text me every once in a while. I'm like, Craig, where are you next?
Speaker 2You say so. You don't say my Snapchat because you're not on Snapchat.
Speaker 1That's for the kids.
Speaker 2That's why I'm on it.
Speaker 1That's for the kills. I can only be on somebody's own video. Come on. Be real.
Speaker 2Yeah. No. Yeah. Yeah. I'm gonna be real as well. I'm gonna be real.
Speaker 1I think that's where I get to that's honestly where I see where you're at.
Speaker 2Yes. It's on be real.
Speaker 1Yeah. I like be real because it's so random. When it goes off. If you don't know what be real is, people, basically, it's a social media app. Mhmm. Every day, it says, at a random time, it changes every day. It says, time to be real. Yeah. And you have two minutes to take a picture of whatever you're doing in that moment. Yeah. And so it's fun because, you know, sometimes a lot of times you're geocaching, sometimes you're driving, but mostly you're you're having fun.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 1And so I wanna hear about all the fun.
Speaker 2Well, all my fun that I've had. So I left I left New Jersey on this trip. Now if you don't know, I've got a an SUV. Alright. K? And it's a nice four wheel drive SUV, Bikikov.
Speaker 1What's his name?
Speaker 2The its name is Stu. Stu. As in Stuart? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Because of my registration plates or econ license plates here or tags or whatever you wanna call them
Speaker 1license plates.
Speaker 2License plates. Yeah. My license plates actually say, mate stew. Wait. Me stew. So Like my it's he's my mate, Stu.
Speaker 1Yeah. But what's the actual plate?
Speaker 2M eight three
Speaker 1m eight three.
Speaker 2S t
Speaker 1u. Did you get that on
Speaker 2purpose? No.
Speaker 1Whoa. Josie plates?
Speaker 2Why? They give them to you like random. It named itself. Before I got my plates, because, obviously, with your rules here and stuff as well and I bought it and I didn't have plates. I had those paper plate things you have. Yeah. Very strange for Australia. Just saying we get our plates at the registry anyway. You know, I was likely to register it at the DMV because of you guys, you know, the slots here. But anyway, they're so slow. So you give me those two like, give me those paper ones that just have a random number on it and that was it? Right. And so they came in the mail. And when they came, I didn't even know what they were. And I looked. Before that though, I'd named my my car Eddie because it's an Eddie Bauer model. So Eddie Bauer is the model of my car. It's a Ford Ford Explorer.
Speaker 1Student like that.
Speaker 2No. He didn't. So as soon as I got a plates, I went I went, oh, Sorry. This is this
Speaker 1is Paul.
Speaker 2Sorry mate. This is my mate stew. You know, so this is the Me and my mate stew.
Speaker 1And only Australia's conference. Meets.
Speaker 2Exactly. Exactly.
Speaker 1Although
Speaker 2although here's an Australian tip for each.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 2So if I'm talking about someone like you, Yep. That's my mate, Josh. And see how I say it. That's my mate, Josh. Yeah. If I'm talking about, you know, someone who I don't like, I go, oh, here's your mate.
Speaker 1So like you're not
Speaker 2Like, say say say we don't like a person named under Johnny. Right. Oh oh, your mate Johnny. So when I'm talking about him, I say he's your mate Johnny. Even if he's not your mind,
Speaker 1and that means you don't.
Speaker 2That means you don't like him.
Speaker 1Or either of them. Or what if you what if you just don't know them? Can you say that's your mate?
Speaker 2But you say it differently.
Speaker 1How do you say it?
Speaker 2You or you even say friend. You got all your friend Johnny as opposed to all that that you all make. Johnny. And you you put this
Speaker 1Your oh, you put the emphasis on the
Speaker 3It was
Speaker 2on the your
Speaker 1my your man. That's your man. That's my man.
Speaker 2No. No.
Speaker 1That guy right. Sure.
Speaker 2Go my There you go. See, I'm giving you the Aussie tips. So there you go. Yeah.
Speaker 1I can't wait to actually use that in real life. Never. Maybe I know Australia. I think I'm gonna like a lot of people in Australia. So
Speaker 2But again, Josh, I love this word, digress. We're doing it again. That's good. So my vehicle itself, I basically reside in it to this to when I travel. Yeah. I took out
Speaker 1which means you live in it.
Speaker 2Yeah. I I took out the the real estate is now mine It's it's got the rear seats. There's three seats. Okay. And then behind that, Josh. And you call it the trunk area. Yeah. It had another two seats. You see?
Speaker 1Had a third row. A third row. Yeah. I took out the third row.
Speaker 2Talk out the second row.
Speaker 1Perfect.
Speaker 2Perfect. And so then I laid a, like, a fat timber board down on floor, etcetera. Made it like a little hatch underneath at the back. So I can put some my style link underneath as well in storage. Nice. Underneath where because where it comes out with foot well in in the second one is, that story gerry under there. So natural story perfect. I've got a beautiful, really, oh, it's so comfortable. Six inch foam memory foam mattress Yeah. In the back, but it's only the single one because it's only me.
Speaker 1Right.
Speaker 2So it's a single one goes down one side. And then on the other side, I've built out like a shelf system as well for part of my clothing area and part of my, you know, food and nuke next as well. So
Speaker 1It sounds cozy. Yeah. Do you feel ever feel claustrophobic?
Speaker 2No. I love it. I love it.
Speaker 1You like your little desk?
Speaker 2Yes. My nest. Oh, yeah. And I call it too. It's my nest. And it's funny enough. So in the warm or cooler weathers, etcetera, I've put what they call reflectix, which is this is like an insulated sort of material. And I've wrapped that in like a black plastic and that goes over the back window. You see, so it's totally black in there. On the side windows, the backside windows. Again, they've got the same black plastic through, and then I'll put it up into the the back windows. And then between the driver's area, the front of the car, and the back I've got a, like, a a rope of sorts.
Speaker 1Like a curtain
Speaker 2and and then two curtain black lines to go across. Exactly. So I'm fully blacked out.
Speaker 1So when you lay your head down Mhmm. And you lay straight on your back Mhmm. With your legs out. Are your legs touching the end? No. So you there's room.
Speaker 2There's room. I'm six foot. Yeah. I'm exactly six
Speaker 1foot. Room. Would you say from from pillows? Like, how much space till your feet would hit that back
Speaker 2probably three inches. So not that much.
Speaker 1Not that much.
Speaker 2Not that much.
Speaker 1You're not
Speaker 2But it's a new diamond
Speaker 1that curl up.
Speaker 2No. No. No. No.
Speaker 1To feel comfortable
Speaker 2I'm a side sleeper anyway. So when I sleep on my side Right. Sort of my knees behind me.
Speaker 1It shortens your self.
Speaker 2It shortens myself up anyway. So yeah. So it's crazy. So this is my vehicle that I travel and live in basic. And working. And working. And do podcast. Podcast.
Speaker 1That's everything. Exactly. Exactly.
Speaker 2Why not? Exactly. So I left New Jersey just around the the end of April. Okay. I left New Jersey and my first stop, Josh. Yes. I drove all the way through to a place called or just south of Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Okay. And do you play baseball? Watch baseball? You're you're more of a you're more of a basketball slash.
Speaker 1I I did
Speaker 2a football fan.
Speaker 1Watch. Baseball Yep. Unless I actually go to the park Mhmm. Because for me, baseball is all about the atmosphere.
Speaker 2Oh, true. You know
Speaker 1what I mean? Enjoy it live. Yeah. I'm not a guy that doesn't sell the watches on
Speaker 2the TV. Yeah. Yeah. No. That's fair enough. Well, there's a we've got a patron out there named Dan Trucker Miller. Or he's not his Jeff's name is Dottrupp. Dottrupp. Dottrupp. So he's got a farm Josh out there.
Speaker 1And he
Speaker 2said to me at any twenty time, this is going back, you know, two years ago. He said, Craig, if ever you're coming through Pennsylvania, let me know.
Speaker 1Perfect.
Speaker 2I let him know. And so I I had to I had I diverted slightly. I put I went north for him,
Speaker 1okay, a
Speaker 2hundred percent worth it though. And I said to him, like, with my car and stuff. He's like, yeah. Oh, you can stay in my you can stay in my my on my farm.
Speaker 1Perfect.
Speaker 2Perfect. Josh. Nobody's gonna
Speaker 1bother you out there.
Speaker 2No. I won't bug me. I don't get the knock out there by the local law enforcement. So but nice. I'll win up there, and I been all afternoon with Dan, and he took me around to all of his caches around that sort of area. Oh, mate. I'm telling you this.
Speaker 1Does he have a good cache?
Speaker 2He's got some great caches. Course, what he does, Josh? He watches your videos. He watches, like, in Germany. When you're in Germany, all those ones, he's saying all those. He's saying tired. He's seeing the worst video Tim catches as well. But he also he also hits up with, oh, a cat TV's name there who does with the gadget cashes on online.
Speaker 1West Virginia too?
Speaker 2No. No. The other one, the younger can't do is that behind the cash. Deric.
Speaker 1Deric. Deric. It's acre.
Speaker 2Deric Baker. I forgot your company. Sorry. I'd apologize, Deric, for your listening. But yeah. He so he watches all Deric stuff as well because Deric does gadget cash.
Speaker 1Right.
Speaker 2Podcast too. See, so he watches that sort of stuff, and he gets inspiration, Josh, from all that. Cool. And so obviously, because I watch all the same videos as well. So I knew a lot of the ins and outs, but insane that. Some of the catches he stood back and let me what and let me hunt for these cash. Josh, there's one cash there, and I did a tick talk about it too.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2I said doing I said doing Can can I film these guys? I was hoping you that. Like, you Oh, let's do it. It's really good. I was allowed to film all of them, which is
Speaker 1really fantastic.
Speaker 2And more coming out now, I've to get through. That's all. You know what? It's like when you put him in the hopper. But there was this one cash Josh. It's on a beautiful walk around scenic area that not many people know about. Okay. And we're walking through and he said, and I'm looking at my phone as you do and it's like, you know, a couple of feet off. I'm like, I kept with the phone and I'm looking around.
Speaker 1Uh-huh. And I'm
Speaker 2like, oh, and I started picking up rocks because there's a little rock platform. Okay? It's not just a devious,
Speaker 3you
Speaker 2know, fight like, hidden rock thing. Right. He's like, no. I'm like, okay. So I'm looking around. I'm looking around. And and he said to me, he said, what's give me a hint, he goes, what sizes? Oh, oh, I didn't check. I had a look. It's a large.
Speaker 1What? I'm like, what Like, where is this large?
Speaker 2Where is this large?
Speaker 1Oh, you gotta love that. It must be hidden plate sites.
Speaker 2Sorry. It was so hidden in planes.
Speaker 1Oh, cool. Yay. Yay.
Speaker 2So you're you recall when you and I were at the I think it might have been the the peak. No. It was in California. And you found that fake rocket. It was a fake boulder Yeah. That we're looking for weed. Yeah. Yeah. He'd done the similar thing. It was a fake boulder. It had moss on a job. Wow.
Speaker 1It looked real.
Speaker 2He had created this in readiness to put it somewhere years ago. You see? And how do they have all these farm collecting the moss?
Speaker 1He let it He let it natural.
Speaker 2Natural. And then and and it was full concrete, but you couldn't tell it because of the texture. It would blended in with all the other rocks that were there, all the other boulders that were there as well. And it was quite heavy soap. Yeah. Pick it up inside the big ammo can, like, came falling at the bottom. So, yeah, that was really cool. That was cool.
Speaker 1Dan is great. He's also a patron of the Giyocashi vlogger too.
Speaker 2Oh, he's Yeah. He's a he's a great guy. He spent some money. Yeah.
Speaker 1You know, he's pretty fortunate because he's getting inspiration. From itself. Yeah.
Speaker 2Sounds great.
Speaker 1Pretty cool gadget caches and
Speaker 2Absolutely not.
Speaker 1Cache you just described. So Absolutely does. I wanna go out. Pennsylvania is state that I found one caches. Oh, really? But I wanna visit Pennsylvania because I wanna go to Pittsburgh. There I wanna visit There's a mister Rogers virtual. You know, I love it.
Speaker 2Oh, I love it. To Rogers.
Speaker 1And there's a museum of You
Speaker 2know the mister Rogers? J cushing. You've been
Speaker 1I know. There's also I'm also a big fan of Rockies, so I wanna visit the Rocky Statue. Mhmm. We might need to make a trip to Pittsburgh.
Speaker 2Well, if we do, his door is open. He said
Speaker 1that Really?
Speaker 2Yeah. He said, if you guys wanna record a podcast here on the farm, you can.
Speaker 1Pittsburgh. I mean, I gotta clarify. Pittsburgh, mister Rogers. Philadelphia.
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 1But, hey, Steve Stace.
Speaker 2Same. Same. Same. Same. And William sport is Yeah. Almost halfway in between the two and north of the two as well.
Speaker 1Looking at it right here. Pretty much it's pretty much smack dab, I'd say almost in the middle of Pennsylvania.
Speaker 2Yes. Yes. It's it's it's west of screen. If people know where screen is because
Speaker 1Craig.
Speaker 2And you under what?
Speaker 1Why aren't you a fan of the office?
Speaker 2Yes. But you're under why. Like, Tammy's like, oh, she's in the bedroom. Oh, here he goes again. No. She's the notice.
Speaker 1It knows the content is priority. Oh, because there's a silver play button just now. Oh, he retches again. Looking. Looking over our kitchen table.
Speaker 2And you can probably hear your voice just change slightly as you look towards it and temper it. But anyway Alright. We'll get back to it. To it. So before we finished swallow. He taught me the second day. I mean, I had dinner there with his his wife and he's like, well, absolutely great guy. Great guy. Then him and his wife took me to William Sport, Pennsylvania, which is just a little bit north where his farm was. William Sport, Pennsylvania. Is the home of the Little League World series, Josh.
Speaker 3Yay.
Speaker 1So shout out to Scott Birx and his whole family.
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah. I didn't realize that the Little League World series is all done at one town called William Sport. It's not throughout the the country. No. It's all that's where
Speaker 1the world series is.
Speaker 2That's where the world series is. So we went to that. We I didn't know that. We went to the field, but this is the best part. We went to the field. Nice big bronze statue, of course, as well. This field, I'll tell you. No wonder ESPN, Mike Bannon's up there, and it's it's It's Little League. It's kids, Josh.
Speaker 1What are
Speaker 2you saying again? But it is legit.
Speaker 1It's like professional.
Speaker 2Professional. Like, the the the turf is, like, laid, gorgeous green colored turf, etcetera as well. So there is a virtual cache as well if you wanna go there. It's it's itself. Plenty of Mondays as well, which is awesome. Yes. But after that, we went into the town of Williams Bookhead. Now that's the town. The town itself has embraced the baseball.
Speaker 1Oh, I'm sure. It's just a little bit. A lot of money to count. Yeah. It's just a little bit.
Speaker 2And you can tell why because of that bronze statues everywhere. This town is bronze statues, baseball,
Speaker 1like, fans of, like, what are the bra broad statues of.
Speaker 2The best but
Speaker 1not kids? Yeah. Brand statues of kids? Yes. Like, that have have become famous baseball players? No. Just random random kids.
Speaker 2Okay. So the main the main intersection of Tim, the actual main cross intersection of town. It's a nice big intersection. There's there's traffic lights there as well. And it's a really cool adventure. I'm just at the one intersection with a five Okay. Five way points. You've got on every corner is one of the bases, so you got first base, second base, third base, and home plate.
Speaker 3Mhmm.
Speaker 2Okay. All bronze. At each base, it's called bases loaded because there's there's the fielders there, Josh. There's the the runners around base as well. Oh, that's cool. But it's so it's so it's the the the heart of what it World Series Baseball, Little League Baseball was all about. In terms of the inclusivity of everything. So at one point, they're on third bass. On third bass, they're runner at third bass, Josh. He's got you know, like, a ran forest run when he's got those those stilts in his legs. Breaks. Breaks. Breaks. Yeah. Yeah. So this kid bronzed got kid there with braces on his legs back to run from third to home. You
Speaker 1know, that's cool.
Speaker 2So stuff like that. It's really cool. It's really really That's
Speaker 1an eventual app.
Speaker 2That's an eventual app in the middle of town there.
Speaker 1Oh, that's good.
Speaker 2The then then you've also got at the home plate. You've actually got and it's all Braun sometime.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2You've got the actual net behind all in bronze net.
Speaker 1Oh, really? Yeah.
Speaker 2And it's netting as well. You can probably get through a resort. And then you've got three men standing over like a a pole that and they're watching it on. So you've got one guy's there who's a creator. Of the Little League Baseball World series. He's the creator. He got another guy there who was the basically, the advertiser for it all. Like, he was the one who brought in the VPN and all the actual the advertisers of it in the media. And then in the middle is George Bush. Because George yes. Because George Bush was there and he facilitated He was w
Speaker 1or George w senior. George
Speaker 2c oh, god. Not a
Speaker 1bet she's probably senior.
Speaker 2Nothing is senior.
Speaker 1Like, knock on that. What they present?
Speaker 2I can't go on the strategy. But anyway, the best part again, one of the things was happening here. He's there as well because he was present at the time and he visited to sort of open up the world series a little world series baseball. In the back pocket, it's actually got the the pamphlet. Of the year he was there with the year on it and stuff as well. So it is a really, really awesome place to go. The only thing I said and I said to Heather Dan's Dan's wife because she's on some committee or board or something because she said that they're always upgrading Josh. This this this plot. Like I said, do I because it's basically, it's the guy has just hit. So the whole the whole thing is this the the banner has just hit the ball. And he's looking up with a better his other shoulder we
Speaker 1use. Shoulder out.
Speaker 2Yep. After swing, the runners are are are running. So the runners are going. And then there's there's guys that are looking up. They're looking up. And they're all looking to where the ball would be. Okay. But there's no ball.
Speaker 1And I said to us, where is the ball?
Speaker 2I said to us, the ball should be embedded into the wall of the building across from second base. Very cool. Like up the up the top. So I was like a home run.
Speaker 1Very cool.
Speaker 2That's what she said. So guess what? She's gonna put it in the notes for the commenders. Heather that
Speaker 3came to
Speaker 2life. Yeah.
Speaker 1I didn't know she was okay. Oh,
Speaker 2Dan and Heather are involved.
Speaker 3Dan and Heather are
Speaker 2very involved in the whole committee. Yeah.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2The thing is
Speaker 1So just so you know Mhmm. I'm fact checking.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 2Checking. Thank
Speaker 1you. It was George w Bush. It was George w Bush.
Speaker 2There you go.
Speaker 1And he would become the first president to visit the little league baseball world series watching as Japan defeats a foreign team. And he was the first one.
Speaker 2There you go.
Speaker 1There you go. It was w.
Speaker 2And what year was it?
Speaker 1I don't know.
Speaker 2Oh, it didn't say but anyway, the u I can't say the u because that's part probably I think that's the No.
Speaker 1We don't wanna mention that's
Speaker 2a question for one of the eventual items. But they are so
Speaker 1So that's literally weird series Yes. The Dutch rock
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1All this great caches. Alright. Let's let's keep going. Let's let's keep
Speaker 2moving on. Moving on. So I say they weren't not moved on. And when I travel people ask me as well, here's more travel tips for everyone out there too. If you're traveling like me and if you're in an RV for instance or if you're in a in a vehicle of some sort that's equipped and you can actually stay, your best place people think Josh, people think Walmart's the best place to stay. Nah. Nah.
Speaker 1Nah. Nah. Nah.
Speaker 2Nah. Not so much.
Speaker 1What? Bapered? Sorry. That's George George Bush again.
Speaker 2The reason why I say Walmart's aren't as good is because, you know, the the big big open space is some Walmart's now don't don't allow it anymore. We call hones in Australia. And what it what they're they're, like, younger generation
Speaker 1Rebel rompers.
Speaker 2Car lovers who come and do donuts in the middle of car parks.
Speaker 1I call those scuds balls.
Speaker 2Yeah. Those. So a lot of those come in overnight in Walmart and stuff as well.
Speaker 1So not a great place.
Speaker 2The best place to stay
Speaker 1I know.
Speaker 2Cracker Barrel. Oh, yeah. Cracker Barrel.
Speaker 1Breakfast in the morning. Exactly.
Speaker 3You
Speaker 1want to be shopping? They have a great gift shop.
Speaker 2Yep. Exactly right. And that's you do as well. So you stay there overnight and it's free when you you park up overnight, absolutely free. But again, you know, and you can use their bathrooms. They're happy for you to stay there. Most of them are. I'd always double check with the manager. But, yeah, I go in for breakfast. I mean, you can't beat. Oh, they're breakfast, Josh.
Speaker 1Yeah. They go. Good biscuits.
Speaker 2The old time is like I've always got the old time of breakfast. Yeah. Bacon eggs with a hash brown casserole.
Speaker 1That's great.
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, I'm in I
Speaker 1I eat breakfast anytime. We should go to detties after this time.
Speaker 2Yes. So I that's where I normally stay, and it's free, and it's and they're they're straight off the highway normally as well, so they're easier to stay at. So that's where I normally stay. After I've left Pennsylvania, Josh, I went over to Maryland, and I went to Cooper's Rock State Forest in Maryland. Yes. Why do I go there? Why? Because there's a cash across America at the Cooper's Rook Okay. For
Speaker 1free for talented people. What is cash across America?
Speaker 2Okay. We've talked about others. We have. We have, but totally not sponsored. You can go to geocaching central dot com and they have the full outline and list and what you need to do But basically, the basic rundown is there's one cash, geocash in every single state that is a cash across America.
Speaker 1One special cash.
Speaker 2One special cash in every state. You must obtain that cash, put the name on the logbook. You're then gonna take a photo of yourself with the cash as well. So they do require you to take a photo And then you when you log it, you put that photo on they're happy to have spoilers on the page. So put your photo on the log. That's all good. They do then have a code underneath the in the in the cache somewhere, whether it's underneath the mocan lead or wherever it might be. But there is a code inside the cache you must write down that code for that cache itself. You do all fifty all fifty states including, you know, Alaska and Hawaii as well. And then the final is in DC. And the final rigor then requires you to do some math, etcetera, as well with all the all the numbers you've you've got to actually get to the g z of that location. After you find g z, you can then email the person who owns g z, and and they will put you on the hall of faint Josh.
Speaker 1That's cool.
Speaker 2That's cool. So Yeah. Yeah.
Speaker 1Not, I mean,
Speaker 2not many people
Speaker 1many people have completed it. We're in the world of geocaching life. There's there's lots of geocaches. Very little people have accomplished this. Yeah. I'm really curious how many have you done so far? Dash Cross America.
Speaker 2Cash Cross America's the actual cash because I
Speaker 1I haven't started this, George, this year. That's fine. And how many are you you have more than I do?
Speaker 2Yeah. I I think I'm up to fourteen. For now.
Speaker 1Yeah. Fifteen on this coming Monday.
Speaker 2Yes. Exactly. Minnesota.
Speaker 1With Yeah. I have DNF.
Speaker 2Yeah. You want this this this month, it's back.
Speaker 1I think you say it was gone. It was gone. It was gone. There's a video there.
Speaker 2So that's the reason though I went to Maryland, and that's the reason why I went to Koopa's rock state forest as well. Yeah. But to get this one, Josh, the Cash Cross America, it's a two hour round trip hike again like you like you kinda did as well. But this is more of a forestry hike. Yeah. It's really nice. It's so so scenic and gorgeous. But the best part is you go you have to actually walk past the cash by a little bit to to get to the big overlook. There's no there's nothing stopping you from falling off this over.
Speaker 1Yeah. It's one of those.
Speaker 2It's one of those. It's
Speaker 1there's no Like the last episode where I almost
Speaker 2fell into the sea. Actually. That's what it's like. Yeah. And and this one, it's got some like, you know how with the rocks part, not this part, they split slightly, and it just It's just still sitting there, but there's that big crevasse down in the middle of the room that goes for goes for hundreds of feet down.
Speaker 1Oh, and
Speaker 2I'm talking hundreds of feet down here. And that rocker sitting there by itself. I may or may not have jumped back and forth a few times. There's a video that's gonna come out there shortly too. Oh, you
Speaker 1haven't done a video of that yet, but Oh, I
Speaker 2haven't entered yet. Okay. Busy. But so yeah. So there's that one there. And again, it's the it's not just the actual cache.
Speaker 1Right.
Speaker 2It's the places we should take total. You know worse.
Speaker 1And a lot of these cash across America, caches are this is the older program.
Speaker 2Mhmm.
Speaker 1And they were hidden kind of, it's a very purest geocaching. Like, it's mostly all ammo cans. Yeah. And they're pretty remote places Yeah. Often kinda cool places Yeah. Off the beaten path. Mhmm. I've I've done a couple of Cash CrossAmerica. The best one I've done and you're gonna get to go to it is in Wyoming.
Speaker 3Oh, I
Speaker 2won't get to do it this trip though.
Speaker 1Oh, you won't get it?
Speaker 2No. No. No. Oh, what's he done? The little fellow? Little glove. Little glove. You can hear me in the
Speaker 1back minded about you guys America.
Speaker 2Hey, dude.
Speaker 1You're not gonna get so the one in Wyoming. Is it Jackson Hole in Wyoming?
Speaker 2Yes. Yeah. I know I'm in the
Speaker 1in the grand t times.
Speaker 2I know I'm not getting that far
Speaker 1across. Oh, I know. You'll get you'll get there.
Speaker 2I'll get there.
Speaker 1So a lot of people say it's one of the best cash across America Mhmm. Spots. I have a video of it.
Speaker 2Oh, let's
Speaker 1put it.
Speaker 2K. Remami. Was there for work put in there? Can
Speaker 1you believe that? I did a bit for work. Yeah. I was there for Wow. For speaking in a school. Wow. Wow. That's a great one.
Speaker 2I will say though this this one here in in Maryland. It is the second largest ammo can I have ever see?
Speaker 1Oh, as well as, like, like, eight cash side.
Speaker 2It's slightly smaller than eight cash.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah. So it's not one of the freestanding eight cash this, like, four foot tall. Yeah. But it's this one's wide. And I'm talking, you know, three or four foot wide.
Speaker 1Yeah.
Speaker 2Like, it is a it's a heavy thing as well. And it was stock to the brim Josh.
Speaker 1We've got one like that.
Speaker 2Oh, you do? Here. I am wondering if
Speaker 1you have time for it's it's called, like, the biggest cash in whatever town.
Speaker 3Oh, yeah.
Speaker 1It's it is yeah. It's like it's a wide able. Okay? Mhmm. Tall and wide.
Speaker 2Yep. Yep.
Speaker 1Sorry. Where next? Where next? Where next? Greg
Speaker 2straight through. So we're going to head west. And then the reason why I head west this way, I wanted to visit Morgantown, West Virginia.
Speaker 1I've always wanted to go there.
Speaker 2You did it.
Speaker 1Yeah. There's a different reason. Oh. And I'll talk about it. Tell you tell that. I've never been
Speaker 2my reason is because a friend of yours, mine, the podcast, and the Monsey, and geocaching world it was actually studying there at the time. Buckeye Casher one one one studies at West Virginia with w v u. In in in Morgantown as well.
Speaker 3So the
Speaker 1old carson.
Speaker 2The old carson was there. So I met with carson. And he gave me the tour, Josh. He gave me the tour of Morgantown, including but this is the way for it. It it ends. It ends with him. Buy me dinner in the cafeteria.
Speaker 1I know you knew exactly why too. Yeah. Yeah. My kids My kids could do the same thing because I assume Mhmm. They got he had some extra meal swipes.
Speaker 2Oh, yeah. And not some extra mill he had extra mill dollars on. And he he had to get rid of it because they can't he couldn't carry it over. No. He couldn't roll it over. He can't carry it over. So he had to get rid of it. To the point where you love this. Two days after I was there, he was hosting a geocaching event, whereby at the event he was applying the event. The event attendees with, like, snacks and dinners and meals.
Speaker 1Meals. Meals of his food from his on his you're a missile. Card. Yeah.
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah. But it's because they they can go to a store and get all the chips and
Speaker 1Oh, my goodness. Lots of stuff. That's funny.
Speaker 2So he was supplying all the snacks Oh
Speaker 1my gosh.
Speaker 2What a cool guy? Like, for a young guy to think about that. You know, that's that's great. So I
Speaker 1I'm just picturing you walking on on campus with him. I mean, the dude is like, in his twenties. You're not in his twenties. You're double that at least. What and people probably thought you were like his dad.
Speaker 2I was born in the same year as his dad. Just same. So you we worked at eight times. It could be his father. So yeah. Yeah. And you know what? If I was, what a proud father I'd be to, then what a good kid he is? Yeah. Right. Yeah.
Speaker 1Who's it as real dollars for events?
Speaker 2I know. I know. It's
Speaker 1resourceful that's right there.
Speaker 2So, Josh, you've never been to Morgantown, this place It is obviously predominantly the WV, the university town. It is very heavy university.
Speaker 1West Virginia. University of West Virginia.
Speaker 2University of Virginia. Yeah. And So he'd gave me a tour of the campus. We then This is my favorite part. They call it, oh, the PRT or the put. So if you're all the cockkits, you go, let's ride on the pit. Yeah.
Speaker 1That's good.
Speaker 3Let's go
Speaker 2Let's go Let's go I don't know. Next class.
Speaker 1I don't know what you do on the per Get
Speaker 2to the next class on
Speaker 1the per Go go to your class.
Speaker 2Kurt. PRT means personal rapid transit. Now This thing was built by Boeing in nineteen seventy five. It is the only one in existence still this day in the world. It has several mini bus slash tram like like objects where you go into like a train or tram station.
Speaker 1Okay?
Speaker 2And you press a button as to where you wanna go. Mhmm. You then look around and one door will open on one of these little miniature buses. You walk and it has up the top where you're going. You then get onto that miniature bus tram.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2The doors close and all of a sudden, you're a whisked off and you actually at, it doesn't stop anywhere apart from where you wanna stop. So it's a personal rapid transport. Now that's fascinating. This thing does not go on roads. It is powered by electric because it's got like electric things out the side. So it's electric, but it runs on actual rubber tires. It runs on like a concrete sort of strip area, and they can pass each other in passing bays.
Speaker 1What? Yes. It is and this was Yolked her in nineteen ninety five.
Speaker 2You gotta look this up. I
Speaker 1need to look at the video.
Speaker 2Look it up while I'm still talking about built by Boeing nineteen seventy five personal rapid transit in Morgantown. When I I wrote on it, I'm I'm gonna do a TikTok on it as well because it was It was fun. It was only more it was Morgan. It was only Carson and I in there because he wanted to take me around. So And sure enough, you bypass. There's little bypass areas where you bypass or in in in in in different areas and stuff too. So Yeah. It is absolutely incredible, Josh.
Speaker 1Wow. It sounds like the future.
Speaker 2Mhmm. But it's stalled.
Speaker 1It's, like, forty years of fifty years old.
Speaker 2I was born seventy five, forty nine years old.
Speaker 1Oh my gosh. You guys you guys gotta look at this on YouTube. Because this doesn't sound real,
Speaker 2but it is.
Speaker 1But it and they're individual. It reminds me of, like, If you've ever seen Willy Wonka Yes. At the end and they he goes, press this button to go, yes. Especially though you go anywhere in the factory. That's exactly what it is, but it's like it takes anywhere around town Around town. Or on campus. Town. Around town.
Speaker 2Around town.
Speaker 1If you're not Yes. A student. So write it?
Speaker 2Yes. So if you're a student, it it's free with your student pass. If you're a non student, it costs you fifty cents.
Speaker 1Why can't we figure out this sort of personalized transit and other place?
Speaker 2Now we're going to do it apparently in other areas, but didn't for some unknown reason. Now they haven't had an issue with it. Every now and then, it'll go down. Now there is actually people, Josh, that it is open it is only open, like, from six AM to to, you know, eleven thirty PM or whatever. They open it till after midnight if there's one of the college football games on to get people dispersed. But there are one or two actual people who work in the control center in the control room to make sure everything's going smoothly.
Speaker 1Fascinating.
Speaker 2Yeah. So yeah. There you go.
Speaker 1So personal revenue wise, I wanna visit Morganton. Mhmm. One of my favorite people was born there.
Speaker 2Who? I
Speaker 1don't know if you're gonna know this person because you're Australian. But the people listening will, especially if they're over fifty years old. No? This is the birthplace of dog nachts.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1Do you know the dog nachts? No. It's that. Oh my gosh. Correct.
Speaker 2I'm guessing.
Speaker 1If I say party five, Do you know what I'm talking about?
Speaker 2Bonnie Fiff
Speaker 1from the Andy Griffiths Show.
Speaker 2Oh, no. You know, oh, Craig.
Speaker 1No. Oh, god. It's like one of the greatest classic shows of all time. Nippen in the bud. Don Knott's great comedian.
Speaker 2Oh, I know. Don't know. I'll just I'll just nip him up.
Speaker 1I just looked at the bubbly, nervous death.
Speaker 2Yes. Yes. I just looked him up. I didn't know his name, but I recognize Bardi's face.
Speaker 1Little bit of the bud.
Speaker 2Yes. There you go. Oh, he was born
Speaker 1there. He was born there. And you know what? I'm sure he lived there. And, you know, he probably went back to his hometown Mhmm. And in nineteen seventy five Mhmm. He looked at that transition, thought to himself, boy. Am I proud of my town or what?
Speaker 2Oh, what did he get it in? That's a
Speaker 1damper thing these days. Well, you're proud of your town.
Speaker 2I did it. You did. And it wasn't in Uranus. Anyway, Moving on from there. So there you go. If you go on guys, again, have a look at it. Personal Rapid Transit PRT in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Speaker 1Get on the permit.
Speaker 2Yeah. Exactly. I mean, I'll be honest, there's lots of kids on there or Yeah. College kids. Yeah. You know? That is what it is. After that, Josh, I was still heading west. I went through Ohio, and I went through Newark, Ohio. The reason why I went through Newark, because that divert slightly. It's because of you, Josh, and you alone. You love
Speaker 1Tell us.
Speaker 2Big things. Yeah. This I do was a big thing. This is the world's largest picnic basket, located in Newark, Ohio. And it is an actual office building. It's a real building. Yeah.
Speaker 1It's a really it's a picnic basket.
Speaker 2It's an actual picnic basket. The in the in the woven parts of the picnic basket, other windows for the building. So that's what's
Speaker 1so cool. You gotta look at the pictures. It is the longer burger.
Speaker 2Yeah. That's one. Baskets.
Speaker 1Yes. It's a basket company.
Speaker 2It's a basket company. Yeah.
Speaker 1And their office is a basket.
Speaker 2And there you go. So there you go. Yeah. It's One feeling delightful. One feeling
Speaker 1We might need to put this as next year's roadside attractions. March Madness.
Speaker 2Oh, my b.
Speaker 1It looks pretty cool. The fact that it's it's it's not only a big thing, but it's office also a functional office.
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1That's pretty unique.
Speaker 3You're
Speaker 1probably just I wonder if they're tours.
Speaker 2No. No tours. That tour is because it's a it's a real business like It's a real office business area.
Speaker 3It's a
Speaker 1real basket fan. You're boss. What about your basket
Speaker 2case? Yeah. How big do
Speaker 1we have this time? Is it? Did we Okay. Sorry. Yeah.
Speaker 2Alright. Enough of the basket stuff now because we're gonna move on. We don't want this to go too long.
Speaker 1How do we finally go to your anus?
Speaker 2We are. Yes. Now people out there I'm not trying to be dirty. I'm not trying to be vulgar. You know, we used to call the planet before everything we before was what would you call it now? If you're Eurynus. Eurynus. But the actual fact is called Eurynus. And it's being called Eurynus for decades and decades and decades of time. So there is a place, a town called Uranus in Missouri. Okay. An actual physical place called Uranus, and it's in Missouri. It's straight off the highway. They are proud these guys are proud of their channel too.
Speaker 1They're proud
Speaker 2of yours. Exactly right. Now there and everything you say about this town, Josh, it creates a giggle. It creates a pun no matter what you say.
Speaker 1Yeah. I'm sure.
Speaker 2And so, of course, there's lots of Mondays. There's there's a ventilab there as well, virtual cash. So the the mayor of the town has a big stature shoot for him with a big cowboy hat on, you know, and he's very he's very proud because he's in his red, white, and blues, you know, and this statue ordinarily ordinarily, I don't get to why I say ordinarily. This statue ordinarily would be between, I'm gonna say, thirty foot tall, like it is a big statue. Alright. When we were there, it was probably about twenty five foot tall. Okay. He'd lost his head So he's a headless mayor.
Speaker 1What?
Speaker 2Now I went in and I asked why there was no head. Apparently, two or three weeks before we got there, they had tornado go through and the tornado tore his head off. Oh. So the mayor of the united Uranus had his head torn off by tomato. So There you go.
Speaker 3Wow.
Speaker 2But there as well, they are very proud because they have the fudge factory, Joe.
Speaker 1The fudge factory in Uranus.
Speaker 2They have the best fudges in Uranus. That's what they say. That's one of their Okay. That's one of their slogans.
Speaker 1I tell me more.
Speaker 2We've you've gotta go in there, and it's not just a fudge factory, but a little town area as well. So they've got the world's again, another world's largest jet is there, Josh, too. This is not the show notes. I forgot about this. Still
Speaker 1nailed it.
Speaker 2The world's largest belt buckle is there. This world's largest belt buckle itself. I'm gonna say hyped wise is gonna be almost ten foot tall, the world's largest belt buckle, cowboy belt buckle. So, yeah, there you go. It's in Uranus, Missouri. So it's got it's got a little police station there as well. And, yes, they they vowed to declare to serve and protect Uranus. You know. So that's what they do.
Speaker 1Wanna do
Speaker 2it. Exactly right. That's what they say. You walk into the fudge factory, Josh. And as you walk in, you know, Josh, you remember walking into buggies? What did you hear? As soon as you walk into buggies, what did they say?
Speaker 1Welcome to buggies.
Speaker 2What did they say he?
Speaker 1Welcome to your readers.
Speaker 2Yes. Says you will hear that. And they're excited.
Speaker 1Like, what did you look behind you? Like, oh, what?
Speaker 2It it says on the door, like, you know, entering Uranus. In the door and then exit Uranus on the other door. You go in and and you see you see all these, like, the stickers are there Yes. Merchants there, the shirts are there. Some of these shirts now. I'm gonna I'm not gonna set all of them.
Speaker 1If you wanna look at the shirt if
Speaker 2you wanna look at the shirt, some of them go too far for even for me to a certain degree. Yeah. But things like the Uranus the Uranus brake brake repair clinic. Okay. And it talks about don't leave skid marks around uranium.
Speaker 1You would want that.
Speaker 2No. Not at all. No at all. And then, of course, they've got the Uranus Dental and Proctology Clinic as well. So
Speaker 1Oh, this is just perfect for a twelve year old.
Speaker 2Exactly. But for a
Speaker 1twelve year old who were One
Speaker 2of the best parts as well is that the staff members there are very are very, very quick with a quick, quick word. Obviously, they they do daily, Josh. They're they're every sound.
Speaker 1They they can bet
Speaker 2they know it. They know the puns. They know what works. And then as you leave, if you buy something, they yell out at you, thanks for picking your anus. So it's just it's ongoing. It is a place Oh. It is a place where you need to again, this may for me, this may be a much madness next year you're just saying.
Speaker 1Yes. And it's it's on Route sixty six.
Speaker 2Yes. It is. On Route sixty six. And
Speaker 1I think a couple weeks ago, maybe a month ago, our friend Valerie. From silly America, she made a road trip there because she wanted to go to the fudge eating contest. Yes. Every year they have a FUDGED contest at at You can wear this.
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah. And I will say this is the best
Speaker 1place to have it.
Speaker 2It is delicious FUDG to a lot of that sure. Yeah. Yeah. And lots of different flavor fudge comes through, not just the chocolate stuff. So
Speaker 1This is a must visit. Yes. I need to get
Speaker 2to Yep. Visit
Speaker 1Mhmm. To meet us.
Speaker 2Yep. See, even you You can't
Speaker 1you can't even help it. You can't help
Speaker 2you can't. It just it's what comes out of your mouth. You know, that sort of thing. So it is what it is. Alright. Moving on from that sort of level of humor because we all love it.
Speaker 1Let's move on.
Speaker 2Let's move on. I went slightly south. Now, people have been asking me on on different, like, onesie people on South St. Cray, what did you you kind of went south before you went north, straight north. What did you do there for? Josh, one reason? One reason, only. Why? Had to go, well, you were you and I were in Alabama with Timur. You come inside a boy Tim, and we had bread chucked at our heads.
Speaker 1Oh, yes.
Speaker 2At Labatt's Cafe, it was such an Alabama,
Speaker 1the home of the third road road.
Speaker 2Yes. They have two other A restaurant, Josh.
Speaker 1It's a chain.
Speaker 2It's a chain. Three chain. Three in this chain. And the the most northern one I could find was in the Ozark. Near Springfield. Wow. And it's called Lambert's Cafe exactly the same Ozark Springfield Road Rolls, Josh It is just as good as Alabama. It's exactly the same. It's exactly the same.
Speaker 1Now De Bezia.
Speaker 2Busy. I'll just say, Busy. Are they
Speaker 1having more of a touristy?
Speaker 2I don't think so.
Speaker 3No. No.
Speaker 1No. The golf show is pretty touristy, but maybe it's the time we went.
Speaker 2But Tomy yeah. Exactly. I was gonna say that Tomy went they have three full areas to eat. You know, you wait, you put your name down and they say twenty minute wait, and you're like, Everyone's sitting around all the front, all the parking lot, and and buses pull up with, you know, kids coming out on road trips and stuff as well. So it is busy, but it is so so worth it.
Speaker 1So I have to ask a question. Mhmm. When we went to Lambert in Alabama Yeah. We had a gentleman that literally threw the room across the entire room. I'd say it was about forty to forty feet, maybe fifty feet. Yeah. I saw a video. You sent me a video. It was like a kid. Like, probably a fourteen year old kid, and he just, like, underhanded it Exactly. Not as far.
Speaker 2That's that's gonna say to me the only difference that I found between Alabama and this one. Food was delicious. Rolls Rolls were to die for. If you're a bread fan, oh my goodness. Wow.
Speaker 1Get those carbs.
Speaker 2And it's and it was still warm, delicious, you know. They're like a muffin because they bit they're baking like a muffin tray, so they got that real small bottom up in a puffy top.
Speaker 1Wow. Stop because I'm getting a hungry trip.
Speaker 2I know. Right. I know. So there you go. So I went to Lambert's Cafe, and that's the reason why I went south.
Speaker 1Just for that. Just for that. Just for the to get a roll pro at you.
Speaker 2Yeah. That's what it was.
Speaker 1I was
Speaker 2gonna raise
Speaker 1that. Exactly.
Speaker 2So he's not we And this is the thing, Josh. Not all our travels is based around our love of outdoor games, but also my love of food. Alright. I went north after this. Going north, we're gonna talk about Maslene, Ohio. I think that's why you pronounce it Maslene. How would you pronounce that?
Speaker 1Barcelona. Barcelona.
Speaker 2Barcelona. Barcelona, Ohio.
Speaker 3I don't
Speaker 1know. Barcelona. I don't know. Again, let's say, Barcelona. Marceline. Marceline. Marceline. Marceline is at the end of it.
Speaker 2It is Marceline, m a I c e l.
Speaker 1Now this can't be an order because you were you were in Missouri, then you're talking about Ohio. So this is just oh, right?
Speaker 2No. That's true. In order?
Speaker 1No. Because it shouldn't have been Ohio. Are you sure it wasn't Missouri?
Speaker 2Mine in Missouri. Oh, it was Missouri.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2Sorry. That's my fault. Yes. Missouri, Marceline, Missouri, my fault, my bad. See, I'm so busy, Josh. I think I
Speaker 1was in it just didn't make sense.
Speaker 2So I just don't
Speaker 3know what
Speaker 1to do, you know, as fact checking.
Speaker 2Fair enough. Fair enough.
Speaker 1Then it just shows I'm paying attention.
Speaker 2Now the reason why I was there anyway, again, was a part of the Cash Across America series. You see?
Speaker 1Cash Across America. Missouri.
Speaker 2Missouri. Yes. Miss it is it was Missouri. Yes. Yeah. There you go. Wow. But this we're saying before about the Cash Coast America series, how they're in all series. Sometimes it's, you know, a nice big hike area
Speaker 3Okay.
Speaker 2Good containers. Woods. This one here, it was a little bit of a walk.
Speaker 1K? But
Speaker 2it was more about the location in which it was. So it was you park at the front, there's full park in there, all free. Everything we're gonna say from here on here is free. Clushing nothing.
Speaker 1Wow.
Speaker 2Nothing but your time. Cool. You park at the front. You then walk towards the sort of, you know, a nice nature trail area. This nature trail beautifully kept nature trail. K. Gorgeously kept nature. There's signs leading up as through the park. The signs talk about Walt Disney. And they talk about Walt Disney as a child. And each sign as you go through basically is each not generation, but each sort of year of his childhood.
Speaker 1Okay.
Speaker 2And it goes up to the point where you cross nice little bridge because up to a point where the sign tells you about how he used to Josh his first time ever, first time ever, he I think he's a ten cents per person for his neighbors. He charged for them to come into a barn where he had dressed up his cat His dog, he had an awkward looking donkey Uh-huh. And some chickens. Okay. And he put on a show.
Speaker 1Of course, he did.
Speaker 2Those those people that were there? Dude, they didn't like it. His mother then insisted that he give the money back, refund the money, and always said to him and this instilled in him for the rest of his life and that is you give them more value than what you charge. Always give them more value
Speaker 1to him
Speaker 2what you charge. So that came from his mother. Yeah. Meanwhile, Behind that sign, Josh. Behind that exact sign is the barn. It gets better.
Speaker 1Okay?
Speaker 2The bun, you can walk in. Really? It's open. It's freed. You then There's sharpies. Around the barn. Yes.
Speaker 3You know,
Speaker 2it's a gravel floor. The shop is around the barn
Speaker 1side of the barn.
Speaker 2You can saw in the barn. You can saw it with you. Individual. No. It should be.
Speaker 1I know. How do you lots of logging required?
Speaker 2Oh, absolutely. It's not a virtual. The only thing there is the Cash CrossAmerica Cash, which is actually just side, but it takes you to the barn. I spent more time in the barn looking around doing some video work. Sure. Stuff as well. Then what I did actually at the cat.
Speaker 1So okay. This is Walt Disney's family farm. Is this his hometown? I mean, the Honestly, he grew up here.
Speaker 2Yes. This is farm. Before And then what he Was he
Speaker 1born there? Was he born in Missouri? I gotta look that up. We don't think
Speaker 2you look that up. Meanwhile, what he did was when he moved to California, when he became an adult and he moved to California, he got a barn built exactly the same on his property in California because his memories of that barn. And it's the same barn that I walked into personally.
Speaker 1That's it.
Speaker 2So if you're If you're a Walt Disney fan, Maslin in Missouri is a place to go in case you're wondering. Mhmm.
Speaker 1This was must've been a boyhood home because he was born in Chicago.
Speaker 2Oh, there you go.
Speaker 1Fun fact.
Speaker 2It was it was boyhood home
Speaker 1in nineteen o one. Mhmm. Well, that's cool. Well, I mean, if you're a Disney fan, like, if you're you're deep in Yep. That's that would be a really cool place to visit.
Speaker 2Yep. Yep. So And again,
Speaker 1it was cash across America that brought you there. That's what this broadcast is about.
Speaker 2There you
Speaker 1go. Would you have visited there or maybe even known about it if it wasn't for geocaching?
Speaker 2No. Nuggable. Boom.
Speaker 1Another win for George.
Speaker 2Exactly right. So meanwhile, Josh, there is a couple of Mondays there as well that will guide you as well. So anyway,
Speaker 1of course.
Speaker 2But what blew me away, Josh, was the fact that number one, it's all free. It's free to park in there, beautiful area, and it's all managed by the the love of Walt Disney from the town folk. So there's a there's a committee there that keep it up to date as well. Obviously, your name is not gonna be on the the walls because it was Josh, I'm telling you, every wall, every what do you call them? Every inch of every
Speaker 1There's mavaster.
Speaker 2There's some there's some, like, wine barrels in there. Well, even the barrels were done Yeah. You know, that's something so. Yeah.
Speaker 1So it's fascinating. His mom said never charge more than what you value you bring.
Speaker 2Exactly. Right.
Speaker 3Do
Speaker 1you think they still live by that because let's be real. We'll take us to take us to get it to Walt Disney from one day. Last time I was there was a hundred and eighty dollars. For one person for one day.
Speaker 2It's a he's not alive anymore. So it's it can't be. It's some it's a board now. It's
Speaker 1Well, you know, you know, they're still honored. No. I don't know. Well, I I'll just
Speaker 2add this.
Speaker 1I I've been involved in this world park Mhmm.
Speaker 3For
Speaker 1almost four years in a row, I go down there every year. Oh, you did.
Speaker 2So Yeah. You do.
Speaker 1I wouldn't go back. I wouldn't pay it if it wasn't worth it.
Speaker 2This is true. So it must be worth it.
Speaker 1That's like That's like the galaxy's edge. That was awesome. Yeah. Of course. Exactly. Okay.
Speaker 2And then, Josh, this is This
Speaker 1is cool. I've been here.
Speaker 2You've been this one.
Speaker 1Why I told you to go there?
Speaker 2Yeah. You did. So I was in an area called Masons Mason City. Sorry. Mason City City in Iowa. And you said to me, Craig, do you see this place? It's the where Buddy Holly crash site. Yeah. It's way to use it in time.
Speaker 1It's way to use it in
Speaker 2time. It's way to use it in time.
Speaker 1The Don Macleade song Yeah. Which is all about Buddy Holly.
Speaker 2Yep.
Speaker 1Ricky Mallon's Mhmm. The Big Bopper Mhmm. February nineteen fifty something fifty late fifties, winter storm. They wanted
Speaker 2they were
Speaker 1I think they were flying up. This is just pure off memory. I don't like that. They were flying up the Minnesota eyeballs. Yeah. Yeah. And they took off, and they crashed in the winter in in the middle of an Iowa cornfield.
Speaker 2But you did you know that that decision was only made that afternoon? They were gonna, like, keep on back on the bus. And Buddy said, no. We don't wanna go in the bus anymore.
Speaker 1Yeah. I know. Yeah. He have, like, a friend
Speaker 2that Yeah.
Speaker 1That he because he was, like, you you know, you can get to your you get to this destination faster
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1To the flights. So some people, I believe, like, Eddie Cochrane Mhmm. Who's saying that there ain't no cure for the sobriety tale of Blue. That song? Yeah. He took the bus. Yeah. He lived. Yeah. So Yep. Yeah. It's so sad. Buddy Holl, I mean, the unit's prime Mhmm. Bitchy ballads if you ever seen the movie La Bamba.
Speaker 2Yes. I
Speaker 1mean, with Lou Diamond Phillips, great movie by the way. Oh, you haven't seen that movie for a while.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 2But the kid was
Speaker 1a he was a teenager. Oh, he was, like, barely eighteen or nineteen.
Speaker 2Ten years old. He was he was either before. He was ahead of his time too with his music.
Speaker 1Oh, he's
Speaker 2ahead of his well ahead of his time. So that's that's the area. So you told me to go to this place. And again, I I looked and went, oh my goodness. I have to go to this place as well. It's just outside. So it's just a little bit west Yes. Of Mason City because obviously they they took off. But the best thing about this place, Josh, is that they crash and died in a cornfield
Speaker 1Yes. In the
Speaker 2middle of a cornfield.
Speaker 1Right.
Speaker 2Right? How would you normally go well, you know, there's obviously there is. There's a big set of glasses on the road.
Speaker 1Buddy Holly Glass.
Speaker 2Buddy Holly Glass. Big. They're big.
Speaker 1It's a big thing.
Speaker 2Big. It's a big thing. The Buddy Holly Glass is a big thing. And there's a a tribute there as well. So you can go there. That's that's okay. But just some people go, you know what? I actually wanna go to the site. Right. The site's on private property.
Speaker 3Yeah.
Speaker 2Because it's on a farm
Speaker 1a farmer's property. Yeah.
Speaker 2This farmer he allows not only does he allow people to walk down the actual side of the or through the property at a long fence line. Right. But he mows that area
Speaker 3Oh, yeah.
Speaker 2And it's cool. And I and I said, I thought myself as well, this guy is actually losing out on actual farmland because he mows like six foot He could have another six foot and so like another mile almost.
Speaker 1It's like the real life it's like the real life field dreams.
Speaker 2Yes. Yeah. If you build we did comment. And so, you know, you can walk along and you can then walk to the actual shrine of where it crashed, you know. And they've got what I liked as well. They've got a really nice area there for the three of them with the three records as well that they died. But then off the side as well. People forget about off to the side. They got nice little silver wings memorial Yes. For the island. And I thought to myself, wow, that's interesting. Because everyone thinks that it's just gonna be the three actual stars, but no. Another life was lost, and that was the life of the pilot. So he's memorialized too with a nice set of silver wings. Off to the sides are not part of the the the group. You know what I mean? The the music died, the stars, but he's still memorialized off to the site, which is what I liked as well. That was cool. That was really cool.
Speaker 1So, of course Mhmm. There is a virtual there of
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1Pass crash site.
Speaker 2Yep. There is.
Speaker 1And it's called Holly Schreid. Yes. Not holy Schreid.
Speaker 2No. Holly Schreid.
Speaker 1Holly Schreid.
Speaker 2Exactly right.
Speaker 1G c six seven eight zero. It's pretty old. It's like it's before I started cashing. Let me see. It was hidden in two thousand two. So it's an old
Speaker 2it's an oldie. And at the same time, this is one of those good I I call them good virtuals whereby all you have to do is take a photo. Yes. No answers. Not questions. It's just taking time.
Speaker 1People visit this from all over the world. They do.
Speaker 2Yeah. And if you had time Mhmm.
Speaker 1I have not done this ever before, but I want to. The Clear Lake ballroom is where they perform their final show.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1And it's like It's a historic menu, and they've kept it up. Mhmm. And they still have performances and shows. Wow. So but and then I think it's side, it's almost like a kind of a museum too, like buddy Holly at all. Mhmm. So the other which I think also is a virtual too.
Speaker 2Oh, the And Mhmm.
Speaker 1Think you were gonna mention this.
Speaker 2I was.
Speaker 1I need okay. Go ahead. I did see this. Yeah. Which means I need to visit again.
Speaker 2Go ahead. No. You tell You need to yeah. You didn't visit again though because at the front of the walk area as well, they've now got a traditional cash. And the traditional cash is called Peggy Sue. So that's really good.
Speaker 1And it's I'll resist myself.
Speaker 2It's it's nice. It's nice. It's just a little bison tube, you know, that's but it's nice. It's a start. It's an energy traditional cash. But that I find the best part about the whole thing is across the road. Again, on private farmers' private land, they have put out a parking area for people to go, so they staff their road. They can park it. I mean, it's it's dirt road, Josh. Either way, it's dirt road. Dirt road everywhere
Speaker 1here. Right.
Speaker 2It's farmland. But there's a they've made a little parking lot for everyone there, and it's got like a little picnic table there. So if you wanna have a little breast for yourself, but they have a board that goes up. Now, obviously, this board that goes up and then there's a a pole that goes up with a big guitar that lights up at night. On reality, yes, this guitar lights up at night on top of the actual pole. There's a board, and on the board, I do three d printed. Plastic guitars. Now the main part of the guitar is actually a glow in the dark, pick guitar pick. So you can use it as a good topic.
Speaker 1What do you mean? People or
Speaker 2They say they say, you know, with donation. Yeah. So but they're on a board. No one's around. So what if it does what if it does It's an honor system. Yeah. Exactly right. It's an honor system. So that was that's to me, that was one of the parts that I thought to myself, well, not only these farmers, losing money by by their property lines and also the parking area. But here they are now they're doing this as well for too. So that's that's really cool.
Speaker 1And Mhmm. Another reason I have to visit again is that there's a five stage of veg Oh,
Speaker 2there is you could get five
Speaker 1more finds. So if you visited the site, you could get a total of seven finds. Yeah. Yeah. And see a really cool place.
Speaker 2Yeah.
Speaker 1That people come from all over the world to
Speaker 2see. Yep. So you get seven you can get seven of the jet caching finds. And of course, there's manzy virtuals all the way along. Popped as
Speaker 1far as full series. Another way is it.
Speaker 2Always is, Mike.
Speaker 1Oh, well, that's a great highlight. I can't believe, you know, we've never talked we've talked about a lot about secret Iowa. Mhmm. And when we had our friend Megan, Olio, Olio in Iowa. Yeah.
Speaker 2Here you go.
Speaker 1I don't think we talked We can't remember.
Speaker 2We didn't think we talked about this.
Speaker 1This is a good this is a good Yeah. Hit jump.
Speaker 2But then after this area, and this is on the show notes because of the cut down. After this, just to let everyone know, they probably heard it on the last episode as well. Yes. I'd booked in an area where I was gonna stay the night. Now Josh messaged me a couple of hours after I'd made my booking and he said, where are you gonna stay and are tolling the town? Josh, the town was?
Speaker 1Fairmont. Minnesota.
Speaker 2And you were like, oh my goodness. Are you really? Are you serious? I said yes. And I said, why is he? You said, I'm gonna be there too.
Speaker 1You're, like, you're probably, like, what?
Speaker 2I was I was, like, stole a lot. Yeah. You're just gonna buy
Speaker 1it down.
Speaker 2And then now you guys You're, like, I'm coming
Speaker 1up to Minneapolis Exactly. Like, can't you wait?
Speaker 2You can't wait. But but no, you were there for work, for your for real work purposes. But the best part is Yes. That's your hometown.
Speaker 1It's my hometown.
Speaker 2Yes. And you're proud of you.
Speaker 1I'm so proud of my hometown. You you know, I I even made you drive by my old my childhood home. Yeah. Yeah. And I and I pointed at it. Yeah. It sounds like it's right there.
Speaker 3Like Yeah.
Speaker 1Like you really cared. But you you saw where it all.
Speaker 2Okay. Yeah. I got a question for you. A question for the for the listeners actually. What Disney, childhood band, and Joshua Johnson, childhood time.
Speaker 1That should make a threshold there is something. Now, what do you think of my hometown? Like, we had together at the channel in
Speaker 2Yes. Yes.
Speaker 1Which was right on the lake. So it's Fairmont, Minnesota is a it's in the middle of Southern Minnesota Yeah. Which is just far pretty much farmland.
Speaker 2Last time, Josh, I was here in Minnesota and Minneapolis with you, you gave me the juicy Lucy, you gave me the juicy see the burger with the cheese injected meat, you know, classic. Here at this place though, you gave me something else. You gave me something Salty.
Speaker 1It was called the sweet burger. You got the S and S burger.
Speaker 2I got the S and S burger,
Speaker 1which is similar to the sweet burger. But the sweet burger, I'm just a huge fan of green olives. Controversial, I know. Very I'd be able I think green olives are one of those things that eat people either love them or they hate them. I don't know anybody that's like, because
Speaker 2now we believe
Speaker 1they're okay. I think most people are like, oh my god. Green olives are so good. Yeah. Green olives are gross. Yep. Yep. This is a a green a a burger with Swiss cheese covered. You can't even see the cheese or the burger covered with green olives. Yeah. And it's so salty. Yeah. And tell them what you have.
Speaker 2Mom was almost exactly the same excepted. Had probably, I'm gonna say, three quarters of the amount of olives, not the all of the olives. And the other part of it though was the sautéed mushrooms. And the reason why I have
Speaker 1it because
Speaker 2This is because I'm a fun guy, I'd just say. Anyway, but but yeah. So we had that burger. At your little area. Yeah. We drove up. And I'm talking, we drove. We only drove because we were going somewhere else. We drove up. I'm gonna say, Josh. Forget me if I'm wrong, but it's gonna be fifteen blocks of land, like fifteen houses, and then that's what you all
Speaker 1Yeah. It was right there.
Speaker 2You're right there.
Speaker 1I was kind of I wasn't on the lake, but I was across the street for
Speaker 2the lake. Exactly. Now this area is is got he made, like, one, two, five, five likes to do, like
Speaker 1And they all are connected. Yeah. So if you have a I grew up here. If you had a boat, like, you would just cruise around on two
Speaker 2lakes, and you'd go out of skiing. You can go underneath the the the bridges the bridges where the
Speaker 1Yeah. It's cool.
Speaker 2It was it was a really nice place. It was and to me, Josh, because this time of year, obviously, no snow It it it bubbles my mind still thinking about how green and lush the feces.
Speaker 1And then it's like
Speaker 2And then it's dry. Yeah.
Speaker 1Not this year.
Speaker 2It's all it's all white. In winter, Mike, how can that be?
Speaker 1You know? Well, then there's there's ice houses on all these lakes. It's like a little village out there.
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Amazing.
Speaker 1It was fun to have you in my hometown.
Speaker 2And then then Josh says, well, let's not finish here. I've got another place we can go to, but I don't know if you're gonna like or not. It's a dive bar, my guess. Take me. Take me take me there. And we did. We went to your your childhood dive bar,
Speaker 1which is kinda weird to say
Speaker 2it is. But it's a it's a what would you classify it as? It's like a timber nook area.
Speaker 1Yeah. It it was kinda downtown. Mhmm. And when I say it's my childhood far is the place where my parents, like, hung out after a long day at work.
Speaker 2Exactly. Roughly.
Speaker 1And it changed a little bit because, you know, the law is about smoking changes. So it wasn't it wasn't smoking?
Speaker 2Nope.
Speaker 1Yeah. We we enjoyed our time there. Mhmm. And I think we we walk it there. It was, like, silent. It was, like, walking into a library. Did it feel like it was, like, whoa. There wasn't a TV on? No. There wasn't any music play.
Speaker 2No one really talking.
Speaker 1There's nobody really talking.
Speaker 2There's like six or seven people there.
Speaker 1Yeah. Maybe three or four.
Speaker 2Three or four.
Speaker 3Three or four. Three or four.
Speaker 1Med at the bar, nobody it was like a library. It was kind of eerie.
Speaker 2You know, Josh. She's seen those old western movies where the bars there and the bars rocking and they and they play in the piano, whatever. And then you've got You walk here. The out the outlaw works in the barn. Everyone stops.
Speaker 3Oh, wow.
Speaker 2And the heads turn and look at the I felt everyone looking straight away.
Speaker 1Anybody from this place? You sound like you're from somewhere else.
Speaker 2Yeah. That's for me. That's for me. But you they're like you are from this place. But we go in. We play some Oh, quiet. But one of my favorite parties Yeah. Me too. Touch tunes.
Speaker 1Oh, we love the touch tunes. And I it's pretty I'll just say it was pretty bold to go into a a silent Yeah. Bar Yep. Library silent. And then, like, all of a sudden, start jabbing out.
Speaker 2Jamming with the touch The touch dudes
Speaker 1I love with the touch dudes, they actually turn it up. Yes. Because some touch dudes you play when when I say touch dudes, if you don't know, I'm talking you have it's a jukebox.
Speaker 2Yes. It is jukebox.
Speaker 1But you can control it from your phone.
Speaker 2Yeah. With an app. With and you can play anything.
Speaker 1Yeah. And so we love going into to places and be like, what's the vibe?
Speaker 2Yes.
Speaker 1What's the vibe here?
Speaker 2And you can you can. If you go to a place and you can log in, you can actually sort of cheat with the vibe by looking at what their most common songs are played at that particular bar. You can do that,
Speaker 1which is a good tool, it is, or you could go off the rails.
Speaker 2And do what Josh did. And he's saying he's saying to me, Craig, look around the room, read the room. There was a guy there with some country star Yeah. Shirt on.
Speaker 1Alan Jackson.
Speaker 2And and and you didn't know who Alan Jackson was to begin with. And so we're sort of googling away trying to find this But we figured we figured
Speaker 3it out.
Speaker 1I was able
Speaker 2Yeah. Yeah. And sure enough, Josh played some of this Allen Jackson, and you saw him, Josh, he was sitting there. He's all with his with his cap on
Speaker 1his wall. No. Not talking.
Speaker 2Not talking to anyone. And he's just drinking these little whiskey, whatever he was. And then you put Alan Jackson and his heels started bouncing just slowly.
Speaker 1I love you in that guy's night.
Speaker 2Yeah. You did. You did. See, there we go.
Speaker 1The funny thing is the first song you play is, I come from
Speaker 2I needed to show people where it was, where it come off. Yeah.
Speaker 1So that's really cool. That was a good time.
Speaker 2Yep. Yep. So that's that's my trip, Josh.
