Remember, you are the architect of your life, and as such, you determine the success you want to achieve in every area. But first, you have to fail. It's not easy, and you will face many difficulties, but keep in mind that everything you go through is the necessary training to achieve your life's goals and your dreams!

Journey to Success
Perseverance Wins
Send me a Text Message! I am Happy to Hear from You.
Most turning points don’t arrive with fanfare. They show up as quiet choices to keep going when the work feels awkward, slow, or invisible. We dive into perseverance as a practical skill you can train, not a personality trait you either have or don’t. From early stumbles and on-air cringe to smoother workflows and faster turnarounds, we trace how consistency beats talent over time and why momentum eventually kicks in for those who stay.
We reframe failure as feedback and pull lessons from real examples: physics breakthroughs forged in countless failed collisions, lightbulbs born from thousands of tries, rockets that crashed before they landed. That throughline matters in everyday life. Progress rarely looks clean at the start; it looks like drafts, rewrites, and uncomfortable reps that teach you what works. Along the way, resilience grows through challenge-effort-recovery cycles, confidence emerges from kept promises, and self-discipline shifts from clunky to natural as repetition reduces friction.
We also take on the talent myth with a growth mindset lens. A few people begin gifted, but most performance gains come from sustained practice, smart feedback, and patience with your own timeline. Comparison slows you down; naming constraints helps you design around them. As consistency compounds, momentum appears, and what once felt impossible becomes routine. Share the process and you’ll inspire others to try again, creating a ripple of perseverance that extends beyond your goals.
If this resonated, follow the show for more grounded strategies, share it with someone who needs the nudge, and leave a quick review so others can find it. What’s the one area you’ll stick with this week, even if progress feels slow?
Warm regards,

It doesn't matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop. Confucius. Hi guys, my name is Fabio from Journey to Success and welcome. Today we're going to talk about the power of perseverance, the quiet force that keeps us moving forward even when the journey becomes difficult, you know? We will explore how perseverance unlocks hidden potential, turns failure into feedback, builds resilience, and creates momentum over time. So this episode is about understanding why consistency matters more than talent, why failure is part of the process, of course, and how trusting the journey can quietly transform who you become. But before we go forward, as always, please subscribe so I know this is the right direction to lead you guys, to drive you, to guide you towards your journey to success. And let's get started. Alright, as always. So I will highlight each point based on my own experience, okay? And I'll share also my perspective from my podcast journey so you can uh better reflect on your own. First point, we have 10 points here. So the first point is aloxid and potential. I take pride in how I express my ideas through my podcast and my studies over the last months. I'm very proud about it. However, before I could achieve this potential, which I'm sure will escalate in the future, I experienced a lot of shame in the beginning. A lot of shame in the beginning. I couldn't even listen to my own episode. You should really listen to one of my first episodes. Or even before this podcast, actually, I started another one and the episodes were a disaster. I would barely manage five minutes of content, guys, speaking in a robotic imitation English way and using music recorded from the TV, it was crazy. So to reach your hidden potential, you need to go through this initial phase, alright? It is just to give you an example, right? It is similar to a locksmith trying to fix a door. So first he needs to check if he has the right key in his toolkit. Then he will attempt to craft a key that fits, you know. And if he cannot do that, he may have to completely remove the lock and replace it with a new one. And only then can he finally fix the door. So you are the locksmith of your life, guys. You cannot think you have the key in your baggage straight away. Number two transforms failure into feedback. If you know a little about my perspective on failure, you should understand that to me, failure is like a teacher that guides you towards your mistakes in a quiet way, you know. Doesn't directly provide the solution, guys. Instead, it operates like someone who is an expert in the trial and error method. So the more you fail, the more you fail in your attempts, the more you learn the right way to do things. Eventually, this process is not much different from how many inventions in our world have come to be, you know. We often expect everything to come easily, guys, with uh quick answers from AI or by seeking to go viral on social media. Many people hope to become wealthy through the chance of lottery win. But what about the lessons learned from uh from failure? Most people think progress means knowing what you're doing from the start, but it does work like that. In reality, progress often comes through trial and error. And here I have uh a lot of examples. Well, the the the most important one uh are, for example, the the X boson, you know, the X boson was predicted in the 1960s, but wasn't confirmed until nearly 50 years later, you know. So after billions of failed particle collisions, and uh Thomas Edison tested over thousands of filaments before the light bulb finally worked. Or in this era, even Elon Musk, you know, with the SpaceX, faced numerous rocket crashes, explosions for years before successfully landing one. And now they actually landing smoothly, you know. Or penicillin was discovered because an experiment went wrong. I mean, none of these failures was wasted, guys. They served as a feedback. So failure is not the positive of success, it is how success takes shape. So if things feel messy right now, remember that you are not behind, guys, not at all. You are learning. That's how real progress is made, okay? Number three builds resilience. When you keep going in the face of challenges, guys, you become more resilient, okay? Over time you develop mental toughness and the ability to bounce back from adversity stronger than before. The brain is not a muscle, but it can be developed like one. When you face challenges, adapt and try again, the brain changes, guys, alright? It builds resilience, just like you know, training training the body. Number four, increases confidence. This is very easy, very short, so every time you push through a challenge or obstacle, of course, your confidence grows, guys. Alright, you learn to trust your ability to handle difficult situations which boost your self-belief. Number five, cultivate self-discipline. The fascinating thing about self-discipline is that in the beginning, it can be quite challenging to discipline yourself in whatever you decide to do, okay? Everything feels slow, everything feels slow, calculated and precise, which is normal since you are still in the learning phase. And uh this process can take weeks, months, or even years. When I started my podcast, guys, it often took me several weeks or even a month to produce four to five episodes. It took me years to be in the flow, truly. Now I can uh write one script, record, and schedule an episode all in a single day, not in my mother tongue. The good news is that as your skills develop, guys, your efficiency increases. With this increased speed comes bigger confidence and discipline, okay? And this repetitive effort strength strengthens your uh self-discipline, making it uh easier to stay focused on long-term goals. Number six creates momentum. This is a consequence of confidence and self-discipline. So the more confident you are in yourself, the more naturally you will discipline yourself, all right? And consequently, consistency leads to momentum. It's similar to when you were a child learning to climb stairs. So after a while, you do it naturally, all right. So once you reach a certain level of awareness based on your developed skill, all you need to do is trust yourself. Trust yourself, your abilities, and the skills you have developed. Just like climbing, just like walking after after a while, you know, when you are when you were a child. Yes, you need to be repetitive when you finally reach this confidence. And sometimes it will not be fun, it won't be fun, especially if you don't see immediate achievements, okay? However, the good news is that after a while, everything flows naturally from challenging situations, okay? Of course, you are on your journey and still learning. Yet the momentum built from confidence and self-discipline will help you move forward more easily and smoothly. You just need to trust the process, guys. Trust the process. As Confucius said, it doesn't matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop, okay? Number seven promotes a growth mindset. There is one key concept to understand about growth. Intelligence and skills are not innate talents that we are simply born with. When people say, you know, oh you are so talented, it is often not true. Be aware, there are indeed naturally talented individuals around the world, alright? But typically those with an aiku of 130 or Iger, which only represents about 2% of the population. It's nothing. The truth is that most people are not talented, guys. I'm not talented. But everyone has the potential to develop their abilities through perseverance, effort, and hard work, okay? And at the end of the story, as you know, as you should know, this is the core message of this podcast. Number eight, be patient. Even though I've gone through a lot and uh have been uh aiming for financial freedom for over a decade, I'm not patient enough. It's essential to be patient. Yes, some people may achieve success faster than you, even if you you started earlier than they did. Yes, you might still need to develop the right skills that haven't yet brought you to where you want to be, okay? But remember, everyone has their own journey, and each journey has its own pace, which is influenced by the skills you already possess and those you need to develop, as well as the personal limitations and blocks that you must acknowledge. Once you do that, once you finally acknowledge your limitations, of course that's not a way to stop. It's just a way to understand how to overcome these challenges, which can either slow down the process, because you still need to do a lot of trial errors probably, or help or help your progress more quickly when you discover the right strategies. It is all good as long as you go forward, all right. Lastly, the the the point here is that you need to be patient. I promise you, it will be rewarded, guys. One day it will be rewarded, not straight away. But I mean, otherwise uh everyone would achieve success, you know. Number nine, inspires others. That's my favorite part of what I do. I love to inspire people. When you shift your focus from yourself to others, you know, moving away from an ego-centered perspective to one that highlights what people can learn from your mistakes, everything takes on a different light. Everything takes on a different level and energy. Those who persevere become role models, guys. So when others notice your determination in overcoming strangles, they're more likely to feel inspired to dive into their own challenges, creating a way effect of perseverance and becoming a role model for others too. Very, very beautiful. Number 10. Lead to success. At the end, perseverance is often the key to achieving you know your dreams and goals. While talent and luck play a role, it's a consistent effort that often leads to ultimate success. Okay, remember that. Perseverance is not about never failing, guys. It's more about being willing to keep going, no matter how tough the journey gets. It turns obstacles into opportunities and challenges into victories. Okay, you have to remember that. And that's it. We reached the tenth point. Now, before we wrap up, okay, let's take a moment to twilight and understand what we covered today. So we talk about perseverance, alright? Not as something brave or loud, but as a quiet force, something that works in the background day after day, even when no one is watching. We saw how perseverance unlocks hidden potential. You don't start with the key already in your pocket, guys. You become the locksmith of your own life by testing, adjusting, and sometimes replacing the entire lock. We talk about failure and how it's not a judgment, it's feedback from science to invention to personal growth. Nothing meaningful is built without trial and error, guys. If things feel messy right now, that doesn't mean you are doing something wrong. It often means you are doing it. Okay, that's it. That's what it counts. Alright, so just go forward. Then we explore resilience. So the brain is not a muscle, we know that, but it adapts like one. Challenge, effort, recovery. Over time you become stronger, guys, you become calmer and more capable of handling what life throws at you. And we understood confidence. It's not something you wait for, but something you earn by showing up, especially when it's uncomfortable. We chatted about self-discipline. It feels slow and heavy at the beginning, alright? But repetition turns effort into flow. I shared my own journey with podcasting to show you that efficiency comes after persistence, not before. We talk about momentum, how consistency builds trust in yourself, and how eventually things that once felt impossible start to feel natural. Just like you know, walking or climbing stairs. And we explore that growth mindset matters. Most people are not born talented, guys, but everyone has the potential to grow. Ability is developed, no gifted. Okay, remember that. And we analyze patience. We analyze patience, guys. Everyone's path has a different pace. Comparing timelines only distracts you from your own work, okay? Patience doesn't mean doing nothing, it means persisting, even when results take time, guys. And we understood how to inspire others. When you stop focusing only on yourself and start sharing honestly, your perseverance becomes permission for others to try again, okay? And finally, we talked about success. Not the loud type, not the overnight type, but the type that comes from staying in the game, guys. Perseverance is not about never failing, okay? It's about refusing to stop. Remember that. Now I want to hear from you. Where in your life are you practicing perseverance right now? What is something you are sticking with even when progress feels slow? Send them a message, share your story, or connect with me on Superstack. I would genuinely love to hear about your journey. And if you enjoyed today's episode, guys, you know how important it is to subscribe so you never miss an update. But what is even more important is sharing this episode with a friend who might need a reminder not to give up when things get tough. Okay, thank you so much for being here on Journey to Success. Remember, together we are building a life shaped by consistency, growth, and perseverance. I'll see you in the next episode. Cheers.
