Learn - Aspire - Thrive - Achieve
Welcome to the Cambridgeshire Virtual School podcast! Our vision is that all children who have or have had a social worker, including children in care and children previously in care, are enabled to learn, aspire, thrive and achieve. Hosted by our very own team alongside those with lived and learned experiences, we consider how to maximise opportunity to ensure full educational potential is reached. We explore factors affecting the educational journeys of the children we support and how some of the typical barriers faced by this cohort of children can be minimised.

Episode 6
In this episode John and Edwina are joined by Isabella Stecka (Senior Social Worker) and Kim Green (Virtual School Advisory Teacher). Issy and Kim share their extensive knowledge and experience in the fields of social care and education respectively around the specific needs of this group of children in care.
Their passion is remarkable, and we hope that the stories they refer to in this podcast inspire you to hold the highest of expectations for this cohort of young people.
