Casey Dykes joins the show to discuss his role as a hitting coach for one of the nation's most prolific MLB franchises: The New York Yankees. Casey walks through a day in his life mid-season, as well as some of the tactics he uses for coaching some of the best athletes in the sport. Casey also discusses the balance between team and family and how he purposefully makes an effort to switch from coach to father when watching his sons play everything from football to baseball.
