To know Val is to adore her. Tovah and Valerie 1st met in Jamaica in 2013. They were both there for a Chinese New Year celebration. Tovah was there to perform with the band she was traveling with, Valerie was there to share in the experience. Tovah will never forget their 1st meeting when Valerie, with her own Mary Poppins carpetbag, began to pull out a variety of things from a ukulele to make up to toys for the underprivileged children of Jamaica. Tovah was instantly delighted by Valerie and they became fast friends. Tovah loved Val's voice and has encouraged her musical exploration and performance since they 1st met. In this interview, join Tovah and Val as they reminisce about days gone by to the soundtrack of Valerie's unique and harmonious voice.
