Many of us grew up seeing the Court as a place of neutrality that helped expand the rights of those who had been left behind, but unfortunately, those days are over.

• The politicization of the Court to expand the rights of corporations and other non-marginalized people
• If something isn’t done about how the Court is currently structured, it could take 100 years to see an actual shift in the body of power
