Suzanne Lucas is a writer and consultant, best known by the moniker, Evil HR Lady. She has over 20 years of experience in HR, working for companies like Marriott, IBM, and Sun Microsystems. Suzanne began her career as a recruiter but quickly moved into other areas including training, employee relations, and performance management. In 2005, she started writing a blog called Evil HR Lady, where she shared her insights and advice on various HR-related topics. The blog quickly gained a following, and has since been featured in The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Forbes. As a consultant, Suzanne works with companies to help improve their HR practices and develop strategies for managing their workforce. Her areas of expertise include employee engagement, performance management, and leadership development. 

Known for her no-nonsense approach and her willingness to challenge traditional practices, Suzanne is highly respected in the HR community and is considered a thought leader.
