This is a very raw and vivid interview where Maddy bravely shares her struggles with abuse as a young female on a job site. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and if you or someone you know is in a similar situation, know there is help available and to reach out.
Maddy is now in a much more supportive work environment where she is heading into her 4th year as an apprentice plumber. She shares how she overcame the terrible start to her career and where she dreams her future to go in the trade.
