Warning And Mood Set
SPEAKER_00Peace peace to all of my good people out there. Um, today's gonna be a rant. So fair warning to anyone who might have small children around while you're listening to this episode because um I'ma go in. So shield the kitties or pause this episode until you're by yourself or have headphones on because it's gonna be one of those. So today, as the date of this recording is November 10th, 2025, and the current state of the um country, the federal government has been closed for 40 days, very biblically. 40 days, and over the weekend, um Senate Democrats came up with the idea to bitch up and bitch out and say, you know what? The plan that has been already put forth to us from the Senate Republicans to open the government back up again to um not give any kind of subsidies to the American Affordable Care Act, which, if you don't know, is basically the health care here. And there are certain discounts that are going to be available that are going to be taken off the table to said insurances basically by the end of this year, and it's going to make insurance go up hundreds of percent for certain people, depending upon which kind of insurance that you have. So the Democrats were using this point as leverage for the Republicans to come back to the negotiation table and say, hey, we don't want people to have to pay exorbitant amounts of money for health care. And the Republicans said, Fuck you, fuck that. You open the government back up and we might talk about it. So these stupid ass eight Senate Democrats, I don't know their names. If you want to know their names, you can look them up. But I will tell you, all eight of them over 50. And all eight of them do not have to worry about re-election in the next four years. And two or three of them are retiring at the end of this year, so they all just completely threw away their votes and said, especially the ones that are retiring, because they literally gave everybody the fuck you. They said, We're going to vote for this now, and we're out of here, and there's nothing you could do about it. And that is why the Democrats will never win. And it's becoming very, very more apparent that they don't want to win. Because it's very easy for you to do the right things if you have the power to do the things, but these motherfuckers know, they purposefully do dumb shit in order for what? Because what did they actually win? What did they actually gain from this 40-day standoff? Well, I know people that traveled these past 40 days and it hasn't been fun for them. I know people who haven't had paychecks and it hasn't been fun for them. I know people who had to work and not get paid. I know it hasn't been fun for them. So, what actually was the payoff here? Now, some people say that the payoff was that this puts the ball back in Republicans' court to say, okay, well, the government's back open now. These uh increases are going to still happen. So, Republican Party, what are you gonna do? And so they think that that point will make all of this worthwhile. But the funny thing is, and I say this as nice as possible, those people that think like that are just dumb as shit. Because the Republicans have proved time and time again who they are and what they are about, and the fact that these eight Democrats took a pinky promise and held it up so high that it was gonna be something that was gonna be used to make everything better. The ignorance of them, because we know what the Republicans are actually gonna do. They're gonna take that vote and they're gonna be like, Look, we did what we said we were going to do. We put it to the table, it got voted on, it got crushed. Now what? So I'm partly pissed that the Democrats had the leverage and they just used it and let it go to nothing. Motherfucker, for what? This is the reason why nobody wants to be a Democrat anymore. One of many. I personally myself I don't ride with anybody or any political affiliation of a system that only needs me when they need me, and all of the system currently is what it is, so none of them actually appeal to me personally, but in the black community, it is a thing that you vote Democrat because they are the ones that seem to look at look out for us, and that might have been true 40 years ago, 50 years ago, 30 years ago, maybe even 10 to 20. But as of today, they don't give a fuck about us. They play the game like they do, but do they really, if they really gave a fuck about us as a nation, would they have let this hustle go down the way that it did? Why did they sit there for 40 days if the only thing that they ri they signed up or signed off on was for the shit that was already on the table 40 days ago? That is the hustle of distraction, people, and that is what politics really is. They really don't do anything, do they? They talk a good game, but what do they really fucking do instead of just giving distraction to a world that's already noisy as fuck? Honestly. So I say this in the the purest way possible. Fuck that. Fuck them, fuck all of that shit. And I hope everybody who hears the sound of my voice right now remembers this moment and remembers when you fight so hard to say, you know what? The Republicans suck, but the Democrats aren't that bad. So let me vote Democrat. Or the Republicans do this and that. The only other party we have is Democrats, so I have to vote for them. Do we really? And I understand everyone who says that, oh, if we don't vote, we just giving them their power, giving them the power to them, and we're not letting our voices be heard. Are our voices being heard now? Because there are eight Senate Democrats who say they speak on behalf of the people or their constituents. And I know for a fact that the constituents are not happy with these eight Democratic Senate Democrats. They are not, they are blowing up their emails and their phone lines, going to their offices, doing all the things they're supposed to do to voice their disdain for the choices that these representatives are making. And what are the representatives doing? They are ignoring the people that they work for. They're ignoring that because what they think is the way that it's supposed to be. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the reason why government and politics do not work in this country because for a long fucking time the government and the representatives aren't for the people, they're for self. How many millionaires have been made while being representatives either with con with um the Senate or with the House of Representatives? How many? If you want to take the time to look it up, it is an interesting thing to see because a good majority of the people who get elected to public office do not start off as millionaires, but when they leave, they end up as millionaires. And what do they do? They hoard the money and they provide general generational wealth for their families. How do you figure there are so so so many deep-rooted political families that are in politics? You know why. I know why. But the reason why it is that thing or it's that way is because it's just they systematically set it up for themselves so the next generation of them can continue the wealth of that particular family. Look at the Bushes, look at the Trumps, look at all the other political parties or political people that don't have children in uh politics right now, but they do have them in certain areas that will that will benefit from their parent being in politics. State in point, there are Congress people every day who make trades for Apple and Microsoft and defense contracts, and they have insider information about these particular things, and then they play the stock market, and that's how they win, and that's how they get money. But because there's no rule about that, they continue to do it. But that's another story for another day. Back to the original reason why we are here. Fuck the Democrats, and I mean that in the most non-violent way possible, just in case anyone's listening. We they have no leadership, and a lot of people say that oh, Chuck Schumer tried. Did he really try? You still have eight Senate Democrats who are supposed to lead or supposed to follow you, or supposed to follow your lead. So if they said, fuck you, buddy, we're gonna do what we want to do, what kind of leadership is that really? Honestly, I feel like the Democratic Party has to really look at itself and really think, how are we gonna move forward after this? Because right now, at this very moment, their integrity looks very shaky, and their trustfulness, trustworthiness is very shaky too. And granted, a lot of people are only gonna vote for the lesser of two evils, but all I'm saying is why we gotta vote that way. Why does there only have to be two different one or uh one or the other? We live in a democratic party. There should be multiple choices because there are multiple different people who have different stances on different things. Because the person on the left of me thinks one way, and the person on the right of me thinks one way. We don't have to think together, but we can have thoughts and ideas that are similar. Two things can be right at the same time. So I feel like we need to have more choices in people because the people that we got representing us right now ain't the best. And I know what you're gonna say, Shay. At least they ran, or at least they're running, or at least they're trying to change. Well, good for fucking them. They need to do better because the shit that's happened these past weeks, fuck it. These past 40 days, fuck it even more. This past year, it's very telling of what type of representation we have right now and the type of people that are running our country right now. If you are content with that, that's good for you. But me myself, not so much. What am I gonna do about it? That has yet to be seen. But I do appreciate each and every one of you hanging out with me for my random rant today. I hope each one of you have a great rest of your day, rest of your evening, and I will catch you on the next episode. Peace.
