Cynthia is the Founder of CHT Wellness, supporting women to make changes that impact healthy hormones. After going through a health scare this year that put Cynthia in the hospital for 13 days, she was able to battle back on multiple complications and still go on to give her 2nd TEDx talk after which went 100% viral with over 2.5 Million views and still counting.
