Tree House Together
A podcast about our wondrous world for curious kids!
Join Kara and her daughter "T" to learn something new and fascinating in the tree house, together.
Each episode of Tree House Together is inspired by something that captivates us from the natural world (tree), built world (house), or people in the world (together).
Tree House Together
Smithsonian's National Zoo – Part 2
Come along with us on our field trip to Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington DC! Listen in as Kara, T, and her grandma Jean chat with Kaden Borseth, the Zoo's Manager of School and Teacher Learning.
In this second of two episodes, we get to hear more about the animals – including what it's like for the animals to live at the zoo, Kaden's favorite animal, how they celebrate animals, which ones are silly, and all about the pandas!
Kaden was so kind to share so much with us and they do all kinds of fun, interesting in person and virtual programs! If you're interested in learning more from Smithsonian's National Zoo, check them out here: Education for Kids, Families, and Schools, Conservation Classroom Virtual Programs, the I Wonder Series, and Kaden's Explore Beyond Your Door video series.
We'd love to hear from you! Send us a text message.
