Do you enjoy filling out surveys? Most of you will say no. 
Yet we still expect our employees to fill out surveys to provide us feedback or input on something "we" care about. 

Why would they do that? What's in it for them? 

Surveys don't usually get filled out until an employee gets super frustrated and starts ranting about their issues on a survey.
