Episode 23: Easy Tips To Overcome Despair, Isolation, and Frustration!
Hello Beautiful Souls!
Have you ever found yourself spinning is despair, anger, isolation, or utter hopelessness? Of course you have! We've all been there. The good news is, God has blessed us with the tools to help us learn to get out of those moments quicker and to move through them with more ease and peace when they feel like they just keep coming.
In this episode I am going to share a few of the rules of Saint Ignatius that we can utilize when it comes to Spiritual Warfare and Discernment of Spirits. In my group book study these rules have been profoundly helpful for many women and I know they will inspire you to keep moving forward to.
As always, keep persisting in prayer and putting God first. I know it isn't easy as a woman who want to do all of the things, but I promise it will be worth it! God has created you for a mission that will take place in this time. He has instilled with you gifts that no other human being on this earth can replicate in exactly the same manner. Come to Him and he will set you free.
