Sonia is a Life and Business Coach, Healer, Subconscious Reprogrammer, Human Design Expert as well as a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher. She has an MBA from New York University as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and French from Tufts University.
She was able to heal herself from depression, chronic fatigue, acne, menstrual, hormonal and digestive issues as well create a life and business she loves.
She uses the most effective methods she found along her path with her clients to help them shift limiting beliefs to empowering ones and transform trauma and stress to peace so that they can experience more well-being and success.
She assists clients in addressing the root cause of whatever is out of balance in their lives whether related to experiencing financial lack, issues in relationships or career, an overall lack of joy or purpose, depression or anxiety, uncomfortable physical symptoms, illness or pain, or excess weight.
