Back pain, knee pain, shoulder & neck pain aren't the "norm" as you get older.

They are byproducts of how you are living and have been living on a regular basis for years.

I started diving into Primal Movement a little over a year ago & am now a certified Primal Movement Coach helping people to reclaim their natural movement patterns and live a pain free life.

Whats the point of "looking good" if you don't feel good?

Having a functional body means we get to use it and enjoy it while we are are alive.

We can dance, surf, fight, climb, run, hike, swim etc..

I intend to use my body to the fullest of its capabilities and not just train to that I can look in the mirror & boost my ego for a moment.
