Life is full of ups and downs. Wins and losses. Achievements and failures. Through the process of everyone of these experiences as individuals we should be looking to learn from each outcome throughout. When you learn to reflect on what helped you win or what factors contributed to the losses. I can begin to help you avoid certain negative reactions in the future, or show you the way to apply yourself to bring forth my success! You can learn from reflecting on a win just as much as a loss!
