Functionality over performance in a room full of high performers. Cross Conditioning Training is focused on helping people move and feel better through all stages of life. Many of our participants have battled some setback or worked through something challenging to get to the point that they want more individualized attention, thus leading us to define our motto as: “We can Do Hard Things.” And that we did when we opened our first brick and mortar location during the height of the COVID pandemic. Join us as we explore ownership, being female leaders in a male dominated field, performance both in and out of studio, fitness and nutrition as we age, and so many other wellness topics.

How do you pronounce your last name? That's one of the first questions that everyone asks when they first meet Jen Dufresne. But after that there is so much more to learn about her fitness journey from her time as a collegiate track team member; a life as a public accountant; a mother; and now a s full-time fitness coach and brand ambassador.
Along the way Jen crossed paths with Sarah Pay also a mother; yoga instructor and a full-time fitness guru. Together they have created Cross Conditioning Training in Charlotte, North Carolina to help others looking to join like-minded individuals on their quest for physical and mental health in today's world.
