Imposter Sisters
Join us (Alix Robinson & Colleen O’Dea) - self proclaimed ‘fake it til you make it’ experts - as we navigate the highs and lows of being a woman - both personally and professionally - and how the pressure and overwhelm of trying to ‘do it all’ often leads to feeling like an imposter in our own lives.
Imposter Sisters
S2 - Episode 18 - Ann-Marie Flinn - Finding the Champion in You
Ann-Marie Flinn is an Empowerment Coach working with women and organizations around mindset, performance, and well-being to create a “champion mindset”!
We chatted about Ann-Marie’s struggles with Imposter Syndrome, how she often “plays the small game”, how we so often compare ourselves to others, our fears of judgement, our backgrounds and how those backgrounds affect so many of our choices in our lives, dealing with perfectionism… PLUS, tips for pushing ourselves through our negative feelings while working to not own the responses of other people.
Just one of the interesting topics in this episode is all around “assumption”… how we assume things about others and they assume things about us.
Ann-Marie is a wealth of information helping us understand some of the reasons why we are who we are... recognizing our feelings, processing them, and using the various tools to discover the champion in each one of us!
