In Episode Four, I will discuss winning the job offer, how to set salary increase expectations, how to negotiate your offer, when to accept it and how to keep several job offers alive before rendering your decision. Included in this episode is a short segment that highlights my paper, ‘The Ethics of Accepting a Job Offer.” I close this episode with “The Resignation.” For some, resigning from a current job proves to be more stressful and difficult than the job search and interview process.
