EN: October 10th is World Mental Health Day, so I thought I’d make a podcast about it. Five people of different ages share their thoughts on mental health. We talk about healthy living, being present, how we’re never satisfied and always want more, raising kids, relationships, world travel, and what it’s like when your mom is a psychologist.
