The HOPE Zone
Do You Need Surgery for Your Soul?
Last week’s episode discussed the importance of being willing to open up to share secret trauma and past hurts to start the healing process. Due to being saddled with “UN’S,” so many people struggle with being able to open up to share true feelings, true hurt and true pain because of shame, fear of being judged, embarrassment and more. The problem with holding trauma or any type of secret hurt or pain in, is that it can have a negative effect emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. In episode 107, Dr. Brenda Caldwell puts on her therapist hat again to explain what it means to experience surgery for your soul.
