Show Notes

The practice of law has become more diverse, but people of color and women still face unique challenges. In this episode, we talk to In-House Corporate Counsel, Kimberly Houston Drummond, about the issues attorneys of color and women face in their practice. She discusses the need for having a mentor and sponsor, how to advocate for yourself and how businesses are demanding more inclusion from the firms they employ. Inclusion is vital to the legal profession and this candid interview is useful for all lawyers including young attorneys as experienced attorneys.
