Dr Lewis Fogarty is a director of a small group of nurseries in Berkshire and director of Teaching and Learning for the Department of Education at Brunel University.
Lewis explains that creativity is both for ourselves and for others, he notes that it requires a certain level of confidence to stand out from the crowd and we discuss together the importance of a psychologically safe environment to innovate, both for students and teachers.
