Meet Ally:
Ally grew up in Northern VA and competed in club gymnastics in her youth. Then in her twenties she spent her time in the art and design worlds of Washington, D.C., and beyond. In her early thirties Ally started real estate investing and developed an entrepreneurial passion for creative problem solving. Throughout her life Ally has always been spiritual, and enjoys soaking up wisdom regarding self-awareness from various modalities and sources. After being seduced by the hustle culture, she found harmony in life by embracing her feminine nature, somatic awareness, and
thoughtful self-care practices. She now draws on her life experience to empower other women to listen to the truth of their bodies and take action to create the life of their dreams.
