Rachel is a single working mom and obtained her Masters in Communications and Leadership from Purdue University. Rachel is an experienced writer and speaker, bringing her story of failure and success to audiences everywhere. In a world where perfectionism reigns supreme and social media has created the perfect façade, failures are rarely made public or celebrated. She’s learned that without failure, there isn’t growth, and that we need to create safe environments to foster failure where people can fail and try in order to innovate.
