In this episode, Dawn Baker talks with Jen Wagner. Jen is a board-certified anesthesiologist with specialized fellowship training in obstetric anesthesiology.  She recently rearranged her work schedule to devote more time to family and a passion project of patient education. In addition to her practice of obstetric anesthesiology, Jen co-hosts the C-Section Experience Podcast and is an obstetric anesthesia education content creator. 

Jen shares the story of what led her to negotiate a change from her full-time work schedule, how she decided to add patient education to her work-life balance, why she's so passionate about helping patients have a better C-section experience, and the tools she personally used to heal from grief and trauma.
