It was 1967, Hollywood grabbed their chance at making a movie about a legendary WWII unit called the filthy 13.  Hollywood, taking to their naming conventions, decided on the Dirty Dozen for the name, starring Lee Marvin.  Maybe you've seen it, maybe not. 

So saddle up, tighten your paracord as we take you on a time machine back to WWII, with the legendary James Elbert "Jake McNasty" McNeice!   A true story turned Hollywood movie of a true to life legend.. 

No, they were not criminals as the movie depicts them to be, but they were not your regular US Army, tight haircut men.  They were often referred to as undisciplined, smelly men of war, who got shit done...they produced on the battlefield, were considered one of the most successful units in WWII.  The US Army figured out a way to work with them despite their unconventional ways.  There stories and exploits are legendary.  They were saboteurs, often entering the battle space before conventional armies landed reeking havoc on enemy forces.  They gave zero fucks!!!   

Grab your favorite furry slippers, a coffee, and a stogy as we take you on a journey back to WWII and beyond.  We tackle the headlong concept of unconventional actions, in a conventional world, why does it work, and how do we tackle the concept, both in war, and in society!
