I started The Mining Coach Podcast because of my love for the people in the Mining Industry. I love seeing how people learn, grow and become the best versions of themselves. I have been privileged to be amongst world class teams with world class success. I have also had the privilege of great leaders that taught me so much. After a lifetime being at mine sites, it is time for a new challenge where I want to add value in a different way through people sharing their stories of success and failure in all disciplines of this industry.
