Buying 45-units for most new investors seems like a far away goal. Buying 45-units by the age of 24 and doing it with $0 of your own money sounds impossible. But, this investor did just that!

I have been talking about and following the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) strategy since 2017 and I have had very good success doing it (now approaching 150 units myself), but most people said that this really isn't a strategy that can be done without a lot of experience, credit, high paying job, etc.

However, my podcast guest today, Giovanni Lisi, is proving all of those doubters and nay-sayers wrong.  He bought his first property when he was 22 years old, fresh out of college and working as a 1099 real estate agent.  Over the following 2.5 years, Giovanni continued buying small multi-family properties and is now about to close on his 45th unit, all at the ripe old age of 24!

In this episode of the Succeed REI Podcast, Giovanni and I dive into his real estate investing story, family upbringing, and the strategy that allowed him to reach his current level of financial success at such a young age.  His percevierance and drive are definitely inspiring and young investors should definitely listen all the way through as Giovanni and I share a ton of valuable insight for anyone looking to follow a similar path.
