Mike Castle is a Learning Developer (Curriculum) at Cardiff Metropolitan University. A Doctor in Sport Coaching, Mike's thesis explored processes of how coaches learn. Mike is a Lawn Tennis Association Level 4 Senior Performance Coach, a CIMSPA Chartered Coach Developer, and works with coaches across several sports.
