In today's episode, I interview my lifelong friend and real estate mentor, Gaston Albergotti. Gaston, my best friend since second grade, guided me to my first deal in 2018.

Gaston began his real estate career in 2013 after college, initially aiming for commercial realty but quickly transitioning to "bird dogging" in Greenville, SC, for Jake Van Geison's brokerage. As the property scout, Gaston excelled in lead generation and deal-making, sharing his secrets in this episode.

While Gaston and his team shared property finds with buyers, he also built his real estate portfolio, achieving financial success by age 30.

Starting as a three-person brokerage in 2013, Gaston, Jake, and their partner now lead a team of over 20. They secure millions from private investors, manage properties, and are highly respected in real estate.
