"Starts and Stops" podcast host, communications strategist and author Sheila Harris has always been  passionate about inspiring and empowering others. 

Sheila has been recognized as an engaging, results-focused PR strategist and trusted advisor. For 25 years, she led successful PR campaigns and red carpet events for ESSENCE Magazine. Later, she launched Harris Brand Management, an agency which provides public relations and crisis communications counsel to brands and influencers within the non-profit, faith-based and entertainment sectors. 

She is also the author of "Calling Revealed:  7 Spiritual Lessons to Uncover Your Purpose," and is a certified John Maxwell Life Coach. As a woman of faith, her prayer is to leverage all of the platforms that have been given to her to both shine a light, and help others to reach their God-given destiny.
