Little Pudding Bake Chat
Welcome to Little Pudding Bake Chat! This is a podcast for bakers, cakers and eaters, where journalist turned baker, Larissa Huntington of Little Pudding, chats to amazing bakers about their work and how it fits into their lives.
Whether you bake for work or just because you love it, this show is an ear to the baking community and the conversations we're having. You'll hear relatable stories, learn a few things, have a laugh and get to know the bakers you've admired through cookbooks, TV and social media a little better.

Anneka Manning of BakeClub
Anneka Manning is Australia's real-life, delightful answer to the fictional Elizabeth Zott from Lessons in Chemistry. In her courses at BakeClub, her popular school for bakers, she teaches the "why" behind the processes of baking as well as the "how."
Anneka chats about her career in food, from her start in magazines and publishing, to building BakeClub, extending it online and most recently developing a membership/loyalty model. She also tells me about life on the NSW South Coast, who she most loves to bake for and what she's planning for Christmas.
