David's Saturday Night Sit Back (DSNSB)
When I started this show, I had no clear direction — no perfect plan, no “ideal guest.”
So, I committed to recording 21 episodes and figured if something clicked, I’d keep going. Around episode 12, a guest flipped the script and started asking me the hard questions. I was terrified to publish it — but I’d be a hypocrite to ask for people’s truth if I wasn’t willing to give mine.
Then a 17-year-old approached me at the gym after hearing my story. He told me that at 16, he tried to take his own life. And somehow, hearing that episode gave him the hope to keep going.
This podcast is now a mission: to tell personal stories with an aim light the internal fire in young men and women across the globe who are walking through the dark night of their journey.

He’s 19… and Already Questioning Everything. Dylan Dickerson.
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
At 19 years old, Dylan Dickerson is already questioning things most people spend their entire lives avoiding.
In this episode, we talk about identity, masculinity, social media, fighting, loneliness, attention spans, discipline, and what it means to grow up in a world constantly telling you who to become.
Dylan is an MMA fighter, coach, extrovert, traveler, and deep thinker balancing ambition with self-discovery in real time.
What begins as a funny conversation between two guys slowly turns into a deeper discussion about modern culture, self-awareness, and the pressure young people feel to figure life out before they’ve even had the chance to experience it.
This one feels especially important for young men trying to find direction.
