In this episode, Ron and Kristin address a trend that has become widespread in today's businesses and companies.  The term?  Unbossing.  They break down what it is and why is it trending?

A surprisingly high number—72%—of the youngest generation of workers say they’d rather be individual contributors than middle managers. Statistics also revealed that up to 80% of employees today prioritize work-life balance over career advancement. Many are realizing that the managerial role often comes with an avalanche of responsibilities that can lead to burnout. They also value balance, belonging and creative input.

As always, Ron and Kristin provide their opinion and give advice on how to change the trajectory of the lack of managers in today's workforce.
