Hi everyone, I'm Hayden and I'm Jay. Hope you enjoy our podcast.

On the 21st of May 2026, our school attended wheelchair basketball with social futures. Dre and Ian. The whole of you six attended this event. It was really fun. We got to feel what it's like to experience many people's everyday life.

SPEAKER_00

This was so fun and exciting, but it was also a very serious experience. Because people experienced being in a wheelchair their whole life. Imagine that. After the session, our arms and legs felt numb. Imagine how it feels being in one your whole life. Overall, great way to bond with new people. I'll pass it back onto Jed.

Thanks, Hayden. It's good to see you enjoyed it as much as I did. It was fun. Especially the activities we did, like shooting the basketball and weaving in and out of cones, dribbling the basketball. Dre made it fun because we had to weave through the cones, and if you hit the cone, you have to restart. Because we have to pretend to hit the cone at Trey's foot.

SPEAKER_00

It was really hard to dribble at first, but we got the hang of it. It was also great weather. It only sprinkled for about two minutes, but then the sun came out. Our trainers were also very nice and amazing. They were also very skillful.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, the coaches were very nice. They made sure to interact with everyone, keeping everyone happy with a smile on their face. They made all the activities fun and made us laugh. A big thank you to Dray and Ian. Hope you enjoyed our podcast.
