Wild roll the Tides, Shamit Shome ready for Bangladesh
We recorded this episode immediately after the Calgary Wild vs Halifax Tides matchup. We review that match which ended with a Wild victory. There were also several interesting storylines in this one, from the Wild's makeshift roster to the Stewart twins going to their high school grad just before the match.
We preview Cavalry FC's match vs York United on Sunday. Cavs still have a lot of injured players and have lost a few more to international action. Shamit Shome appears to be a star in Bangladesh. We discuss his joining the Bangladesh national team.
Our interview this week is with Lee Tucker from Calgary Foothills. Lee talks about the progress and successes for their teams thus far. We also discuss the League One Alberta matchup between Foothills and Blizzard on Friday evening.
