In this podcast, we will identify ourselves as playing a role of a designer. Completion of what takes place is associated up to acquired standing. I will choose to focus on tall kneeling for longer duration. The essence of standing is one that is completed once and only necessary after tall kneeling. 

My belief is that not enough time is spent around tall kneeling. I am here to advise on it's significance. First time i've caught myself, I began to use tall kneeling to begin any related activity at the gym. 

This podcast is intended for the need of promotion in the case of remaining in tall kneeling long enough to accept many objects and truly master it before moving unto standing related tasks.
