As cliché as it is, could we really start the new year off without a new years resolution episode? But there's just one problem: I HATE NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS! Lol!😅. Don't get me wrong, it's not that I have an issue with desires and goals being set, it's the EMPTY words and EMPTY promises that really irk me! With that said, I DO BELIEVE that real change is possible and with that in mind, may I present to the 1st episode of 2024: We're discussing having "The Resolve to Change"!
