"Just do what makes you happy!"

How many times have you heard this? Or perhaps you were the one speaking these words. It seems like we're constantly being encouraged to seek happiness but.... have you considered that a constant pursuit for happiness will lead to an increase in disappointment?🤔

In today's episode, we discuss:

- the importance of seeking BALANCE instead of happiness ONLY
