Susan Sun has been a teacher with the York Region District School Board since 2012. At the start of her teaching career she always had additional income streams to supplement the starting salary of a teacher. As her career progressed she began looking for additional ways to create the life she’s always envisioned.

Susan got her real estate license during the pandemic in 2020 and has been utilizing that to create more financial freedom for her and her family.
